I tried to order the lasagna and fettuccine alfredo special IN line ... I was told it was no longer available that I could have lasagna for $10.29. So, I ordered that instead. Not only wasn't it hot, it wasn't even warm. I waited in line 20 minutes to receive an order of food that was cold.... The breadsticks were as hard as rocks.Plus when I got to the window and asked why they no longer had the specials I was told they DID have the specials, just not the lasagna and fettuccine. Now it was lasagna and ravioli which I would have liked better. I asked her why she couldn't tell me that at the time of order, and she said, "Well it would take too long to get it ready."I was already home with cold food, paying twice as much as I wanted to pay. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this place at all..They have a large sign stating that 'we are waiting for our food BECAUSE they are preparing our food hot and delicious for us'. That is not true.. I live less than a mile away, and it was cold when I got home. The cheese had even coagulated.I will not being returning to this location anytime soon.. what a waste of $10.. when I could have had the $5 special which is what I wanted...I can't express enough how disappointed I am..
We were greeted upon arrival and Tom came to assist us right away. He was very friendly with my son and I. Ralph quickly brought our food, spoke with us, and prepared our food with cheese to our liking. He also noticed I left my credit card at the register and brought it to me. Tom, Ralph, and Lucas all checked on us throughout our meal. All of our interactions were positive and we enjoyed our lunch. We'll be back.
Our service great. Cecilio was very helpful, friendly and attentive to our needs .Our food was excellent and the orange cream cheese cake was out of this world. We will definitely come back again!
Waste of $35. Salad had all huge end white chucks you are supposed to remove. Alfredo sauce tasted weird and watered down. Bread sticks where like rocks...appears to have been leftover and like someone tried to warm them too long in a microwave. No manager around and young staff didn't seem to care
Mediocre pasta and sour chicken.This was our first time trying Fazoli's (delivery) and will be our last. Had the Loaded Fettuccini Alfredo and the Chicken Parmigiano. The pasta and sauce on both were middle of the road and nothing to talk about and the same could be said for the breadsticks.Biggest issue was that the chicken on both dishes tasted sour. To the point where after a couple bites, the rest of the chicken (and much of the pasta) went into the trash...
Kelsea was serving us and she was great she helped us with everything we needed and brought the food directly to our table! She kept the breadsticks coming! The best experience!
Years ago we visited Fazoli at a different location and wasn't impressed. Today we decided to try the LaVista store and was surprised at the improved menu selections. The spicy Ziti chicken and sausage was delicious. Also liked the baked lasagna. Generous Caesar salad and bread sticks rounded out our order. Great customer service too. Will definitely return for other menu selections.
This place has really good food for fast food. And the customer service is outstanding! The prices are reasonable and if you eat inside, you can have as many breadsticks as you want. My kids like the pizza while my husband I like the the pasta options with meatballs and vegetables. The salads are decent too. The restaurant is clean and eating here is a good experience.
I had just ordered directly from the website at 1:50 and website said it would be delivered at 2:38. (December 20)I kept watch on the tracking service and once it was 1 minute away I kept watch to make sure the delivery got here safely, but it never did. It said that it was delivered but we never recieved our food, we called and tried to tell the work place but they said that we had to call the order service that we ordered from but I ordered directly from the website and so I called what was put on which was direct. This was my first experience and I heard they were good but I'm sad to say that what happened might happen to someone else.
Brian was very nice and helpful, due to grubhub screwing up my order. They gave me the order and I know they didn't need to but it shows the class they have. They have a wonderful menu and will definitely order from them again when I'm in town.
