Every time I come here, there is an employee that ruins it for me. They are so rude and treat all people horribly. Door dash, coworkers and customers alike are treated very rudely. The food is below standards but not terrible. The store is clean but could be cleaner. The biggest problem is one employee that is rude beyond belief. I hope they fix the situation before it is too late and the store closes.
I reviewed this particular location a long time ago and it was fantastic for Italian fast food. The menu is reduced somewhat now. There is a severe shortage of help. The staff is nice and tries to keep the ship from sinking. I believe they can not keep up. The cleanliness is lacking. The breadsticks are soaked in oil. The sauce is minimal. The pizza is a bit limp. I'm sure some days are up to par and deserve credit. But the last few times I've been here have been very hit & miss. I'm offended the prices have gone up with the quality going down. I've always tipped but it's hard to justify the amount paid the times that aren't the best it can be.
First time here. Amazing breadsticks. Love how they are unlimited when you eat in. Norie was very attentive and made sure everything was a great experience. Definitely will be back for the breadsticks and amazing service.

Norrie was very fast and friendly in drive thru. She repeated my order back to me at the speaker and again at the window. This never happens when I come here. My food was great. I will definitely be back to see her friendly face.

Love the food. I have a bone to pick with management, though. Why would you allow your counter workers to have earbuds in? She is currently on the phone with a friend or family member and taking orders from customers.
Showed up late night last Saturday and DeVante and crew were awesome! So helpful and so friendly. Thanks again and will be back!
The food is good, but takes FOREVER to get even when they’re not busy. The drive-thru staff is usually rude and not customer friendly.
Terrific experience today. I can't remember a more welcoming experience at a fast food restaurant. From the moment I walked in, Tara was warm and welcoming. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, Crystal enters the picture. Her table service was as good as it gets. Clearly something different is happening today at this Fazoli's location. Great experience. Keep up the good work ladies need more folks like you
