Try the butter Brinkley….so yummy! We tried a couple of other flavors which were ok but no where close to the brickle. Cute shop and we received good service.
We had a wonderful experience as visitors to Omaha. 3 young men were manning the counter, and they were helpful and friendly. I had the s’mores ice cream, my children and husband had malts. It was the best ice cream I’ve ever had, and the serving was generous.
Tasty edible cookie dough and the chocolate icecream cookie sandwich was good too.
Had terrible experience with ecreamery. Ordered product as birthday gift. Product arrived late and was a melted mess! Worse was that customer service provide a simple apology and refund. When asked if that was all they would do they said they have a standard 10% coupon which is available to anyone on their website. There are plenty of quality e- ice cream options out there. Do not recommend using ecreamery if you want to be assured high quality and on time.
Ice cream has always been good. But you need to seriously reevaluate your staff… they didn’t say one word to me except when I was asked to tip, over all stuck up, and I even told them to have a good one and she could do nothing but sneer. They’re losing you good reviews and customers. Are those the people you want to be the face of your business?
I recently ordered for a coworkers who’s husband passed away, a few coworkers went in for it and we were excited to give something that could be comfort! However the shipping got messed up and it never came and was rerouted back to the company. Keep in mind the total for these ice creams was $108. When I contacted the company they were friendly, however the ONLY option I was given was to pay an ADDITIONAL $62 to get them resent out. That would be $170 for ice cream. We won’t be going with this company ever again. And are extremely disappointed in the $108 loss and that nothing was ever received.
Honestly we usually go to another ice cream shop in town but we were in the area and craving something sweet.The ice cream is good but nothing special.Really the only reason I am giving two stars is because of how terrible the customer service was today. We walked into an empty shop. I didn't mind that the two employees were sitting on their phones but it was weird that they didn't greet us as we walked in. The expressions on their faces made me feel like they really didn't want me to be there. We went to grab napkins but the dispenser was packed so full it was tearing the napkins, we apologized while trying to get a napkin without it ripping and the employee just stared at us while we strugged with one hand as we held our cones.We got our ice cream and tipped 20% out of habit but regretted it. After we paid the employees just walked away without another word. Super awkward experience and I would rather go wait in a long line at a shop whose staff is friendly.
We stopped here after supper one Saturday night and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. There were so many great choices, but the flavor of the ice cream we had was just average.
We were in town for an event and did a quick search for ice cream on our way out after getting gas. When we pulled up, I was pleased with the look of the building. Now, when you order ice cream from Dairy Queen, you know what you're ordering most of the time. Going somewhere new, it takes a moment to understand the menu. We had also never had Gelato. This created some questions. We had obviously never been here before.The shop itself was ADORABLE. The staff, not so much. They didn't seem to be enthused with our simple questions. They also weren't overly helpful, which is unfortunate. In fact, they seemed bothered that we had questions, even though there were two of them working and not one other customer in the store.They were also priced quite high. I believe one scoop was like $3.55 plus tax. That's a couple bites for the average person. The ice cream itself was decent, nothing I would brag about. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back.
I would personally choose a different ice cream shop. My cookie was hard and cold. The vanilla ice cream was very bland in flavor. The other people I went with also didn't enjoy their ice cream choices.
