Worse customer service ever!! They need a better manager who can tell them how to do it! They took 20 mins plus my order was wrong.
4.23 12:09pm. Horrible customer service. One employee is helping a customer while the other girl continues to stack cups, ignoring a waiting customer. Lids are strewn all over the floor along with a roll of stickers. Filthy establishment. Done with this place.
The last 3 times I’ve gone there I have ordered 2 cake donuts and they are dry and do not taste like they are fresh.
Every time I’m there and this one girl is there my order is always messed up. I have to pay more but I'm still getting less. However, there is this is man who works in the mornings and he is great, best one there
Tho they forgot to add cream to my Hot Tea, & that I had to spell out t-e-a for them at drive thru because intercom; I do have to say the employees are friendly!! Next time I’ll use the app, which has been good experience in the past. You can put in an order before you arrive. This location is quick and is mostly satisfactory. I’m willing to look over some little stuff, because I know I’ll be back.
Always fast and good. The only thing that sucks is turning the corner after ordering food, that's a sharp turn!

Like others said they were a hot mess when they first opened and then it got remarkably better and has been for some time. However, it has taken a turn in the wrong direction in the last 6 months. Half the time they get your order wrong, the service is so slow and for Pete's sake fix your drive through speaker! It's almost impossible to hear the person speaking and the amount of times they ask you to repeat things it is obviously a problem for your people too! Not to worry though most of the time the person working the drive through treats you as if it's your fault that they can't understand you! One girl that works there has been super snippy each time and very condescending. We still love Dunkin but will not go to this location on 168th because they are so bad now. We drive to the one in Millard instead. That location has been amazing!
