Hot hot coffee. Cold cold coffee when you want it! Dunkin has never let me down.
Half my cup is ice even though I clearly ordered less ice. Not sure why I even tried them again. Going back to my regular place next time. I've had it with Dunkin'. Not only that but when the guy handed it to me I told him something didn't look right and the girl working with him agreed with me. You couldn't tell if there was coffee in it because it was such a light color. He said he stirred it before handing it to me. Sure enough it didn't taste like a normal macchiato.
Doug was amazing. Such a kind and attentive employee. Wish you allowed tipping cuz he deserved it.
Their donuts are always fresh and fast and friendly service. Just as Dunkin should be.
