Worst Dunkin in Omaha. Drove up and was ordering and then all of a sudden the barista stopped talking. Thought the speaker went out and drove up to the window. A worker saw me then walked away. I was super confused, then after a few minutes a different worker came and gave us our order but then made the drinks completely wrong. Wasn’t worth the time to drive around and get it corrected.
Asked for 3/4 different items on the menu didn’t have any of them (no filled donuts, no cold brew, etc). Ordered 2 of the same drinks they came out completely different.
Two weeks in a row now I was told their baker didn't show up. Hardly any Donuts on the shelves at 8am. Unbelievable! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
Very stale donuts with limited selection and both coffees were made wrong. Employee working the drive thru did not speak to us at all. Wait time was also about 10-15 mins and we were the only customers in the drive thru. Did the survey on the receipt and corporate emailed me saying the franchise owner would be contacting me within 2 business days but I never heard from the owner.
I am giving 5 stars only because of Lyric! If all the employees were like her, then it would be such a great Dunkin’! I come to this one ALL the time and typically they make my drink wrong and they aren’t very personal or interested in their customers. Lyric greeted me with a smile and was very quick to get to me as soon as she saw me standing at the front. Immediately after I ordered, she prepared my drink herself and it was spot on! She took no time at all and made me feel like she cared about me and my drink. Definitely will come back to see Lyric.
Never Stocked up! This location is on the way to work. It never has anything! Yesterday they were out of A LOT, I tried to order a croissant sandwich and they didn't have any, munchies and most donuts....they were out, it was 6:30 in the morning. Don't go here unless you wanna be disappointed.
Today I was given the wrong order. my food was also cold and I never got receipt. If you don't have enough staff then close. Very disappointed in dunkin donuts not the staff because they were trying. Will not go back again.
15-minute wait in drive-up; asked for a plain cake donut and small coffee with cream. About the easiest order possible, right? Received a glazed donut and lukewarm coffee. Disappointing.
I’m only giving 5 stars to one employee he was amazing and running circles around 6 other employees and running register he deserves to get his acknowledgment!Anthony keep up the hard work it will pay off one day!!
Sitting here at 3:00pm 3/2/2022 drinking a cold coffee which I asked for hot it's actually like warm. I'm eating a stale long John. The lady at the front counter is quite rude. Dunkin doughnuts imo has really taken a nose dive. I stopped in here because it's next to my Chiropractors office if anybody is reading this don't waste your money or your time coming here. I didn't even ask for my money back I was just glad to get out of here.
