Struggle bus nation! I love DD and visit on the weekly and have been to a few locations in Omaha BUT this location is the absolute worse! I waited in line for 10+ minutes for coffee (w/ cream and sugar) and there was only 5 cars total. When I finally got to the window, they had my order confused with the car behind me. My coffee was NOT ready and the cashier had to pour my coffee fresh, which was a messy pour (see photos). There was coffee spilled down the side of my cup and lid. Although he attempted to wipe it clean, it wasn’t enough. The two other workers in the background where chilling and the female was eating. I’m all for breaks but the appearance it sets for the customers, having to wait for their orders, while the cashier who is clearly doing all the work, is not good. I certainly will not be returning anytime soon to this location. Training is definitely in order for the employees.
I will not be coming back to this location anymore. I went in yesterday around 8 am and After hearing how the manager spoke to her employee I felt bad and went to tip the young man and was told they no longer except tips. The Dunkin franchise is going downhill especially with whomever is running this location. In my honest opinion the assistant manager who is there in the afternoon seems to know what she is doing over the red head.
This place is straight up horrible. From them always being out of product, the rude and racist manager and for serving old food. I got a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel, the sausage was not fully cooked and the egg had to of been sitting there for a few hours because it was all shriveled up. I would not recommend this place to anyone, save your time.
I'm just dunkin donuts all the way around ruined there menu took alot of popular items off the menu my wife live the colata the recipe was changed she hates it now she's from Rhode Island where DD really popular and she was excited that you came to nebraska now she hates it disappointing ? we are not coming to any locations unless you fix what you have done
Great spot to grab your morning coffee and some donuts for the office. The drive-thru staff has always been great, especially Ericka and Tiffany! I've never had any issues with my coffee or donut orders, they always get my order correct. Don't forget to use the app and rewards program to earn free stuff!
The only thing consistent about Dunkin is inconsistency… especially this location. I order the same thing every time I go and it tastes different every time. I also really don’t like having to go home and finish cooking the bacon before I eat my sandwich. Just go to scooters instead. At least they are friendly and you know what you are getting.
I went there for a large hot chocolate w/ whipped cream.When I got to the window, it wasn't ready yet, which was surprising, but ok...I paid with my usual tip, and it seemed like no one knew what they were doing.When it was finally ready, I asked for a hot beverage stopper, and no one really knew what I wanted. They finally came back and said "we're out". Good enough. BUT, when I took a sip it had the flavor of warm hot water, then I took another sip, and I got pieces of undisolved hot chocolate mix in my mouth!! I was beyond disappointed! I make it a habit of going to this store because of the people who work there, and the great hot chocolate.I'll think twice next time when I want to go and get a hot chocolate. This isn't rocket science. It's hot chocolate.
I have ordered delivery from this location twice and they don’t know what a bagel is! I have ordered the bagel egg bacon and cheese sandwich twice from this location and the first time I got two burnt croissant sandwiches and today I got English muffins! So either they don’t know what a bagel looks like or they just don’t have any bagels. Take it off your menu then! Oh I forgot to mention that it’s very clear they don’t clean the oil in their friars bc my tater tots looked burnt as h*ll but didn’t taste like it.
I bought matcha latte from this location and it taste like expired milk . so I needed to buy fromanother location by 72 street and it tasted lole milk only . If you guys don’t know how to make matcha latte just take it off fromyour menu . wait my time !
