They got my order completely wrong, I called to let them know that and no answer and the girl that took my order was not friendly at all. ?♀️ Make sure to always check your order before you leave.
Never been in the store had people work there good donuts though and milkshake
This location gives out stake donuts. The chocolate is old and hard, it breaks off when trying to eat it. Also, always check order, it's always wrong! Mayne go to 72nd..never had an issue with that location!
Ordered a dozen, 4 maple frosted, 4 chocolate frosted and 4 Boston cream. Should’ve checked the box. I got 4 blue berry glazed, 4 choco glazed and 4 Boston. Tried to call to ask if I got the wrong box or to complain and they let it ring. Gave up after the 3rd call. Not impressed
Wonderful selection of donuts. This location had one of the largest selections of donuts that I've seen at Dunkin. They were out of mocha and strawberry dragonfruit, but I don't hold that against them. There's a lot of supply chain issues.
It's Dunkin so no big there but there staff is friendlier then some of the others, so if you get a chance try them.
This location USED to be good.... Coffee has been cold the last 2xs I've gone, lobby is closed for some reason and THEY never have anything.... NO donuts, NO food, NO donuts NO Food or its this machine is down this machine is down... No what it is is you have inadequate staff anymore and should probably shut down operations until you find workers who IDK work..... I will gladly drive out of my way to the QST location or even 84th in Papillion before I go here again....EVER
The food was bad breakfast bagels nasty also
Their frozen drink machine is always down just as bad as McDonald’s
