I will never go to this Dunkin’ Donuts again. Most of the staff always gets your order wrong, sometimes I don’t get what I paid for, the general manager brought her dog into the lobby while me and my kids are in the middle of eating, just hanging out chit chatting while she appears to be off the clock talking with employees that are on the clock, everyone literally stopped what they were doing to go see the dog, nobody really seems like they even want to work there. Poor attitudes no friendly smiles when you come to the counter. Was super disappointed she brought her dog into a facility that handles food. She claims that it was a service dog but there was no vest, no badges or anything that was visually noticeable that it was actually a service dog. Poor management, unfriendly staff, I think this place needs a new general manager because she’s clearly unprofessional if she comes in to hang out with staff during business hours and the staffing has poor customer service. Changes need made if I’m ever going to spend money here again.
Love the coffee and donuts and their sandwiches. I ordered a toast with avocado and bacon and I was disappointed with that. There wasn't much avocado spread on it, a very thin layer and one slice.
30 minutes in the drive-thru so far (I was the third vehicle back from the menu). Less than half of what was asked for is in stock and available. It's a Monday morning. Not sure when they get restocked, but it doesn't look like a promising start to their week.
Went to dunkin Omaha for breakfast and had so many bad experiences in one day. First problem, the person over the intercom at the drive thru told us a different price than at the window. Secondly, was not given light ice in my refresher when i requested. Third, was not given Carmel in my cold brew despite ordering this. Finally, was not given cream cheese for a bagel despite ordering this. How one one dunkin make so many mistakes in one order. Highly recommend going anywhere else, these employees do not care at all. Attached my receipt with cashier's names.
I ordered hash browns and an iced mocha with cream and sugar this Sunday morning. When I took the first sip of the coffee, it literally crunched in my teeth from how much sugar there was. It was like drinking coffee flavored water full of sand. The most unpleasant experience of my life. The hash browns also tasted like week old hash browns I’ve been keeping in my fridge for a month and then tried reheating in the microwave. They also forgot several times to hand me my coffee. I had to keep asking for it. They had at least five people in side and were claiming to be short staffed. Before all of this began I had to sit for nearly 20 minutes in the drive through with one person in front of me just to get serviced. Absolutely terrible.
After having come here several times over several years I have to call it quits. Every time I have gone it takes over 20 minutes to get through one order. If there are three parties ahead of you, you will be waiting for an hour to place your order. When I go through the drive through they don't give any napkins and always have tons of liquid on the lid of the cup so even in just transferring the drink to your car you get spilled on. It just isn't worth it.
Took forever to get my order. Was sitting at drve for 10+minutes after waiting 3 to order. Priority should be drive times people also had 2 people working on the same order. Infuriating experience wasnt even offered like a discount or anything for the time my food was getting cold. If i could rate 0 stars i would
I ordered matcha latte from 2 locations because first one by q street seems like using expired milk . Then I bought from 72 street and it feel like no matcha at all just milk .
One of my favorite Dunkin' locations! Their drive thru is always moving pretty quickly and placing the order through the app makes it even easier. Staff has always been very friendly as well. Solid coffee and breakfast every time!
It’s always pretty busy with minimal employees. It takes awhile to get what you want but it’s totally okay. They are hard working and I could never do what they do. Proud of you guys.
