I had to give props to the new manager at this location he is so nice and makes you feel like a valued customer. Things had seemed to be going downhill for awhile before he showed up. My coffees were really hit or miss but when he’s on shift and the other nice gentleman at the window my coffee is always great and they’re so polite. I believe his name the other man at the window is named Logan if the receipt was correct. Keep it up guys I appreciate you!!

I'm absolutely appalled at the service I've been receiving at this location. Extremely tempted to stop coming to this one altogether, even though it's the one closest to me. Every time I've gone through the drive-thru, my order is ALWAYS wrong if I get a drink. For the most part, it's still okay coffee, and it's not a big enough issue worth fixing, like getting caramel instead of vanilla. However, I ordered a cappuccino and it was made iced instead of hot. Neither worker verified it with me, or asked how I wanted it, and it was terribly made. Ended up just throwing it out when I get home, as it was basically creamer and blended ice. As a fast food worker myself, getting an order wrong this often at this location is just a sign of bad training and a bad business.
The guy that was helping me in the drive thru today was super polite and introduced himself over the intercom before I ordered. He had my drink ready as I pulled up to the window, and it was probably the best chai latte I’ve had in a long time, mind you he had me try it before pulling off to make sure I liked it. I never have this great of customer service but it made my day today, and it was cute that he looked so proud of himself. Way to go Dunkin!
So glad this dunkin actually makes my coffee order properly every single time! Perfect expresso to hazlenut ratio. The avacado toast is also fantastic! This is my go to dunkin :)
I normally come to this location on my breaks off from school and when I was living at home. The iced coffee never disappoints! However, the customer service depends on the day, and they have somehow messed up my Munchkin order numerous times. Every time I go, I specifically ask for no jelly Munchkins, as no one in my household eats them. Sometimes, I will say what specific kinds I would like also. Even the times the worker repeats the order back to me, we still get jelly Munchkins, and it is a waste of money. A little disappointed because it happened again this morning.
Every time that I have purchased donuts, iced tea or coffee at this location, the donuts were very fresh and tasted great. The beverages were also very tasty. The staff has always been extremely friendly and professional.
Very nice and clean inside, well decorated for the fall season. Despite not much staff and a huge line, they still had most donuts.
I love dunkin but this place is always close very early..stuff very poor don't look like they like there jobs not a good service..sorry
Absolutely love the staff they are all so friendly to me and know me by name they food and coffee is great. On the rare occasion that they mess something up they do everything to correct the problem and make sure I am pleased. Love them
