Wow! Amazing Beef taco salad. Great fries and chicken strips. Best ranch dressing, out of this wold. Staff friendly and it was clean. Actually have been back again. Thank you for doing it right!!!
Went today to grab some orders of food for our office staff, was going to pay with different methods due to numerous orders. It was a lunch rush and waited for a while. When our turn came I informed them it would be 2 different orders and wo payment methods (have never had an issue with this at other places) but they told me that I would have to go inside to order the food because they cant do that through their drive thru. I asked why they couldn't because it seemed so strange that they couldn't simply make two tickets?! She said it was the way their ticketing is, and that I could go through the drive thru twice if I didn't want to go inside!!!!!! Uhm, What??? Now our office knows not to order from tis location again. They are incredibly busy during the lunch hour and going inside is not an option for working people in a rush. ONE person from the office got to eat. The rest of us are stuck ordering from somewhere else and paying fees. Just a warning for people who are going to this location for their office or more than one person. Hell, you can't even have a friend with you and they pay for their own food in the drive thru. Just a weird rule to me. If someone could explain why this is a rule of theirs I would love to hear that explanation.
It was delicious. Best baked potato I've had in sometime. Just the right amount of butter. Saved the skin for last like a desert. Yummy in my tummy. Im going back for another one real soon. Wish i had one right now with extra butter. This is my opinion of don and millies food..... I'd marry millie for her food if she wasnt married to fat don already. He wasnt heavy til he met millie and her skillet :)
I love Don and Millie’s but this location always seems to screw something up. Today they didn’t cook my baked potato all the way and didn’t include the cookies that I paid for. It’s getting ridiculous at this point.
Overall quite decent. Not the most expensive, just more than I thought it would come out to. I got a combo included with fries and a drink. Their iced tea here is really good I will say. The burger tasted nice, and they had a southwestern kind of orange special sauce that was awesome. I made sure I got some to put on the burger.In quality, I rank this a tie to Freddys just about, which is quite good. I liked the fries and the burger quite well. I would say it exceeds Five Guys. Where it doesn't is Five Guys offers unlimited toppings but on the taste test, I believe Don and Millies wins. They're tied with Freddys however all the way. 2 of the best burger places in my opinion to go to.The black manager was cool, the girl taking my order was nice. It all felt like a family kind of atmosphere in general, decent location as well. All in all, this was a win. I would return.
I love this place to death, but the amount of times they forget my chili or cheese sauce is genuinely unacceptable and kind of embarrassing at this point. Amazing food, but for the love of god all you people have to do is check your order ticket. Get it together.
I stop here after work to get the family dinner probably about 3 times a month for the last year. Consistently forget a fry, cheese sauce, or ranch I order. What’s the point of reading it back to me, if it’s still not in the bag? Not one for bad reviews but it’s getting ridiculous at this point. A couple months ago I sat at window 2 for 17 minutes without seeing a single person. Also today when the girl gave me my food, she had a her nose pushed up and scotch taped to her forehead, like she was trying to mess with customers or something idk. Unprofessional. But it’s on the way home and the family likes it so I’ll be back for sure lol
We go here about once a month and we've never had bad service or a bad meal. Personally it's my favorite burger in Omaha. Good quality meat, cooked right is all you need. Kids love the Cheese Frenchies, and wife likes the salads. Nowhere else can you get a .99 margarita!
This was the first time I've ever been to a Don and Millie's and it was fantastic!! The only down fall is that there isn't one close to me in Colorado! The crew was great and service was fast!
The evening crew led by the manager, I believe named Glent, and Amanda working the cash register had me waiting in their line for about 10-20 minutes. Just to be told they do not accept 100s or discover cards. Definitely a waste of my time and felt really unprofessional on the crew’s part
