5-stars to the one girl working the store by herself; but if she is all the staff available this evening then should definitely have shut down walk-in & online carry-out orders so she could stay focused on just filling orders. I feel for her, and while I understand people being justifiably upset from waiting over an hour … I appreciate her doing her best, taking it in stride, and not walking out.
Prompt delivery and they don't skimp on toppings. Best domino's experience I've ever had. I order from them at least once a month and will continue to do so.
Terrible Customer Service, employee was extremely rude and insulting. I would recommend any other Dominos in Omaha. If they talk to customers with such disrespect and insults how well do you think they respect your food?
Pretty good pizza here. Nice staff. Friendly service. Quality is awesome too! If they mess up they are quick to fix it and do extra. Would recommend. I buy pizza from St Mary's ave location all the time! This Domino's is under great management now! Keep up the good work guys!
This is probably the best Dominos store I've dealt with. Every time I've ordered it's always crazy busy but they are always professional, competent and my food is always done when they say it will be. If I have any problems with my order, management is always nice and understanding and quick to resolve it. Keep up the great work you guys.
I would give 5 stars because this location is always crazy quick and tasty but I’ve ordered a drink on several different occasions and they have forgotten it. Although apologetic and some offered to bring one on their next delivery I never received credits to my account or the soda. The food is fantastic tho!
Yeah. So increased prices for delivery. This location has got better. But imagine increasing prices for the WORST pizza you can get out there.... Literally gas station pizza is a better. PS: this isnt a diss to the workers but the corporation as a whole!!!I dont do this but I hope Dominos realize that people will tip the drivers less.Dominos workers should walk out and quit!!!!!! demand better
The Brooklyn style crust and the bread bowl always hits the spot. I picked this up through carry out and the cashier was detail oriented and remembered my 2 ranch.
This is the WORST domino's pizza place we have gone in many states. Tried the app with curbside bring to car. After time had lapsed and already clicked button (call the manager). They did not know where the order was. So I went in. Worker by the name of BRENDA was going outside with my order. I stated that would be my order. With an attitude that would get many checked back to reality in a split second. She slung our food at me dropping all condiments in the entry way. Causing the sauce to be stepped on and splattered on a customer and the wall. One of the other workers came out ant laughed about it. Finally The manager Joel came out an apologize about the rudeness and incompetence of Brenda and the other employee. He canceled the order. Really was not a big deal any ways. Pizza was burnt on the bottom and the chicken wings were under cooked. On top of that the wings were just drizzled with the sauce. Not completely covered like other domino's.
Just watched a young guy make pizza while eating pizza. Crumbs falling from his mouth into someone's order.Not one person there did a good job. Everyone on their phones.Pretty nasty people cook food here.
