Great spot to get some Texas BBQ. Can't wait to come back next time I'm in the area! Brisket was super moist and I appreciated the customer service.
Every single thing I've tried from here has been delicious! The fried okra is my favorite side. Their Mac and cheese with brisket hits the spot every time. You get a lot of food for a god price. 10 out of 10 most definitely recommend.
You can never go wrong with bbq. Got a two meat platter (chicken and brisket) potato casserole and salad. Got an ice cream while I waited. The owners were mostly friendly but the young man who was packing the side dishes but great. Super friendly and helpful. I hope to come back get more bbq because it’s so good.
Ordered online to pick up at 7...arrived at seven and they hadn't even started the orde yet. It didn't take them long (about 5 min) to get the order ready, but thats not the point. And now that I think about, maybe it didn't take long because they didn't bother warming it up...yeah cold pulled pork...appetizing...I wish that I had taken a photo, because all three employees had a look of utter confusion on their faces...picture asking a St Bernard to solve an algebraic equation. And I'm not sure what caused the confusion...I mean c'mon..put dead stuff in box, hand box to customer..Not the worst place I've been, but will probably go elsewhere in the future.
Brisket is usually dry. The ribs are usually burnt and dry. The jalapeño cheese polish sausage was good. The sides sucked. All in all wouldn't recommend there are so many better bbq places in Omaha to eat at.
The food was warmed up not fresh and the lobby and bathrooms were a disaster. Once one of us saw the bathroom we immediately threw our food away and left. I would give zero stars if I could. We will never eat here again.
Six years agoDickeys BBQ rocks. Good food and sides.4/16/2022Went in with family ? tonight. Had the brisket and waffle fries. The service was quick and friendly, the food was good.
Not the same BBQ I ate before. This last visit on January 18th:Food was not hot, only warm.Portions were extremely small !!Some side dishes were not even half filled.The flavor was sad. Barely bbq. Only a slight bbq flavor. More smoke flavor than bbq. Barely any sauce given to us. One of the side items was incorrect. Food was half edible. Had to re-cook the undercooked Turkey and warm up some of the food.For the money spent, we could have gone to the store and not only made Better at home but fed Both sides of the Family!!Pathetic. Sad. Completely disappointed.That’s about the best way to describe this last visit.So today I’m leaving this review in hopes of alerting others if they visit Dickey’s to check their food before leaving the store.** My past visits to Dickey’s BBQ have been good. If I had left a review based on past visits I would rate some 3 stars and some 4 stars.
We never received our order while delivering, do not order from here. Because they will disconnect their phones if you continue to call about it.
