First off my wife's food came out cold, we sent it back only to have the same plate of come back to us. I asked for the manager, he came over and wanted to argue about the fact that it was the same plate of food. When it finally came back hot, it was made wrong. Then when the check came I figured why out it was wrong, the waitress didn't write it down right. Speaking of the waitress, she pretty much sucked. Her name was Genesis, at least that's what the ticket said, who knows that might have been wrong too. We ran out of drink completely twice and had had search for her to get more(no there was not a lot of people in there). Then the second time she brought our drinks they were Pepsi when we had asked for Dr pepper.. she didn't bother to come back and see if everything was ok either. Overall bad experience!!!!
I knew this was going to be a bad experience as soon as we pulled into the parking lot as there was broken glass and trash all over. Our waiter barely spoke two words to us and never smiled. He didn't bring plates for our appetizers and once he brought out our food he didn't come back to check on us until we were finished and he brought our check. The food was okay but not worth the money.
Server was excellent. Food was great and hot when it got to our table. Very clean restaurant. We will go back for sure. Never had to wait for refills on our drinks. Very reasonable prices. $27.88 for 2 people and generous portions.
Staff is so unprofessional and slow there’s like at least 7 employees running around trying to manage a half empty restaurant. Didn’t even get a “Hi” from anyone. I remember 5 people in New York serving about 300 people at the same time. Restaurant “National” in Brighton Beach check it out you’ll learn something Dennys. They would clean, serve and refresh drinks without a delay. Here the staff is so lost and have no proper training to handle a bit of busyness so a question comes up…Why tf are you still in business!?!
Went to a birthday breakfast if you are a member you get a free a triple double slam. So basically meat, pancakes and eggs. Also order the fit slam egg white omelette big bowl of fresh fruit and turkey bacon. Perfect after the gym breakfast. The staff was great. Really there to fill your coffee and food was delivered fast. The negative is it is right next to a hotel that is not the most desirable.
First time here. Menu full of yummy choices. My meal was hot fresh and amazing. My waiter was fun and friendly
Very good place to eat and meet up with friends and family. I would give them 5 stars but the other day when I was there. I ordered pancakes with my chicken and biscuits. I never got my banana and caramel pancakes. I waited to see maybe they might bring it out for dessert. Nothing came out but it was on my recipt. So got that fixed but other than that. Amazing place to sit and have a great meal!
Great service, the waitress was very nice. Food was great, and the cook even sent out more pancakes for free because he didn't think the first ones were fluffy enough ??
Went here with the grandkids and my son on Tuesday. He was supposed to be leaving for the military on Friday so we went to dinner. They where extremely short staffed and the staff that they had where all sick coughing with no mask or gloves. Not to mention the table was freezing due to the heat not working in the restaurant. When our food finally came out it was over & undercooked. None of the menu items where available and the prices are through the roof. The staff kept coughing & hacking also we did not finish, just paid then left. My son & I decided to get tested the next day after feeling week and We both now have Covid 19. This has been the worst experience of our life I have talked to corporate and a manager but they all deny their workers being sick yet have no proof of vaccination or Covid test no do they wear mask or gloves. On top of being visually sick at work. I have contacted the health department just waiting in a response
Was there for about an hour and these tables still weren't cleared off. I'd understand if the place was super busy, but it wasn't. The waitress forgot to write down what we ordered, so we didn't get some of our food. When we asked for ranch or a refill, she'd go to the back and forget about it. Her hair touched our food at one point while she brought it out. The bathrooms are in dire need of some maintenance. But props to whoever the cook was for making our food very quickly!
