Staff always so friendly. Feels like they have gotten better at cleanup. A few too many games ate my credits but the employees are so overworked I don't dare ask for credit back. Yet they still smile so 5 stars for a fun night from me. We only do 1/2 price day otherwise wouldn't be able to play much because it's overpriced, and even food deals late night...just won't accept my survey coupon on those days so that kinda stinks since it means I'll never get to use them :(
Drinks and food were perfect temperatures and better than expected. Had a lot of fun trying new games. The photo shoot booth was fun and got me out of my comfort zone. My only real complaint is the giant claw machine was broken and I really wanted to play it and also, they no longer had rock'm sock'm robots
I haven’t been to Dave and Busters in a very long time. Decided to stop by for lunch and see what’s been going on. Let me just say, the food was great! The games are plentiful and I was able to enjoy the eat and play combo. The server who took care of me, Megan, was fantastic! She took the time to update me on everything, showed me the app and told me about the rewards. Overall it was a fantastic experience. I can’t wait to bring the family!!!

Bathrooms were dirty. Food was good, and fresh. Service was mediocre. There were quite a few machines not working. I'd say at least 5, and I didn't look at all of them. We had an issue attempting to get a glass of water at the bar. The host sent us there, and both bartenders ignored us for close to ten minutes. Not even so much as a hello, and both stood directly in front of us more than once. People that showed up after us were acknowledged and helped before we were, so it had nothing to do with how busy they were. I had to ask another worker for help, who then flagged down a manager who apologized. Completely unacceptable, though. It was downright rude behavior from both bartenders, and for no good reason. We had done nothing to them.
Check food deals before adding credits or recharging card. Got a snack and a comfy place to sit for a deal while the kids got ample credits to play. Prior to our visit, I downloaded the app and gathered random cards from the junk drawer and added them to see how many accumulated tickets we had. Also if you have multiple cards, they can combine them for you.

We come for Karaoke on Tuesday nights! We love it because the staff Interacts with everyone creating a good environment for the people who come to sing and watch others sing. Sometimes even the staff will jump in for a song! Dave and Busters in Omaha has some singing talent! The Manager Jeff is awesome and encourages my daughter to sing. Very thankful to spend Tuesday nights here with our family. We wish Jeff could sing more! The food is pretty good too?
Think of a room full of arcade games that appeal to children and adults set in subdued lighting with colorfully lit games like slot machines in a casino and you have Dave and Busters. Throw in a bar and restaurant and a prize redemption center from points earned playing the arcade games and you have the complete picture. My son loved playing the games which was the purpose of our visit but it gets expensive...$43 to get three nice but dollar store value prizes. We do not drink so the bar was not a temptation. We were willing to try the food but were told there was a 45 minute wait for one of an abundance of empty tables. Must have had room but not enough cooks and servers. So I deducted one star for price and the dining disappointment.
