Very disappointed in this bakery. They offer online ordering, but I have never been able to use it to actually get an order. I have tried multiple times. Each time they send an email saying they can not do my order. They email it to you and then when you call or go to pick up your order they say the email probably went to spam. I called today, I again got the same response. No order probably went to spam. When I tried to talk to them and offer a suggestion the person who answered the phone wanted to argue with me and tell me it was not their fault that it went to spam and that was just the way technology works. What I wanted to suggest, but was never given the chance was that they ask for a phone number when ordering. Why when they know your emails go to spam wouldn't they call and leave a message instead? Will not be ordering online or in person again. Good cupcakes POOR customer service.
Oh. My. Gosh. The Omaha area is truly blessed with some amazing bakeries, but Cupcake Island has been hands down my favorite of them all. We threw my daughter a Bluey themed birthday party for her 2nd birthday and although they had never heard of the show, they NAILED IT. We ordered a cupcake cake, a smash cake, and mini assorted cupcakes so the adults had some more flavors to choose from. They didn’t disappoint and the kids loved pulling the cupcakes apart from the “cake.” The ladies behind the counter were busy but had the best attitudes and were very warm and genuine. Thank you so much for everything, my daughter LOVED her cake!
I ordered twice from them. first unicorn cupcakes. They were decorated cute but tasted dry and icing tasted awful. Then I oreded pawpatrol and it looked like a kid had decorated them. was very disappointed. Still tasted dry and icing tasted bad. Thought I would give them another chance with the pawpatrol. Would not recommend to anyone.

I cannot recommend Cupcake Island enough. Not only was our cake one of the most amazing cake designs I’ve ever seen but it was so incredibly yummy! Everyone at the party was giving compliments. We will be back.
Probably the best red velvet cupcakes I’ve ever had. We arrived late but who I think was the owner was more than gracious in the cupcakes he gave us. Such kindness is AMAZING. Highly recommend for any of your cupcake needs.
