As usual the order received was incorrect.A couple of burger meals and a single side sandwich isn't that hard to get right.Its just at this place its typical for years now.I usually drive double the distance to go to another one that I never have had issue with.Having to walk inside to get order corrected doesn't bother me, what bothers me is the grumpy kitchen operations person and a used condom on the patio near the entrance. Tip : Manager, do a walk around outside your restaurant each day before opening to the public. Clean up any trash, spills whatever.I'll give it 2 stars for the taste of the food.
My friends and l had a delightful time at Culver's. The service was prompt and efficient. The food was hot and delicious. Everyone enjoy their drinks!
Ordered a small concrete and it was only filled about halfway with custard. If you really want smash burgers, Freddy’s is way better or got to another Culver’s location.
We used to love Culver’s but this location has went so far down hill over the past few years. Our order is always wrong even though it takes like 45 minutes of waiting. American cheese is SO disgusting and I would rather have no cheese than to eat that stuff and they have put that instead of cheddar I ask for the past 2 times I’ve been and it made my burger inedible to me. I truly hate American cheese. Not only that but we asked for a single and got it as a double. Cheese sauce wasn’t great this time either it didn’t seem fully melted or something it was kind of grainy. Unfortunately we won’t be back which stinks because we really liked it before. We have given multiple chances and they always mess up something.
I ordered two meals and they forgot my fries. I called back to the store and the young lady who stated to me she was the manager on duty told me that I would receive refund. I called back the next day to tell them I would have to come the next day. The male manager who was there refused to refund my money. Because he was not told about it. Never again will i go to Culver's. I hope this gets to the head of this company because this guy said he was the owner, which sounded like a lie.
Ordered 2 Alaskan cod dinners to go. Both dinners were so delicious. Fish was lightly battered and fried to a crunchy crust perfection, the fries were cooked hot to order and the coleslaw was fresh and creamy. This fish meal is far above some of the fish meals we've had at other food places. Worth the money!!
Everything came out looking great! We had two meals. The first look at one meal was fine which was my combo. The other burger had red grease on the bun, and burger looked undercooked. We went back to the counter to get a remake. The manager became argumentative telling me that I was wrong about what I saw. However called for a remake to the cooks. I waited for my remake at the counter. When I returned to the table everything was fine we thought. We both started to eat now finally. Until my friend took a few bites of her burger and realized it was still pink in the middle!! Which explains why my burger looked undercooked and has the raw juice on my bun. My friend went to the counter again. And I explained to and showed the manager that the meat inside was in fact, raw… he continued to argue with me in a defensive tone. So unprofessional on top of having raw burgers twice. I ended up getting half of a refund for one out of the two butter burger meals I paid for. I used to love Culver’s, but after this I will not be returning.
Ordered 3 walleye dinners on Sunday inside. One dinner was to come with broccoli instead of fries. Got home and one dinner didn't have the broccoli or fries. For over 50.00 and 10 minute wait, you would think it could be correct. Receipt even listed broccoli in lieu of fries.
Placed order on March 17th around 1:15pm, I ordered the Swiss mushroom burger and strawberry shake, paid my money arrived at my destination discovered I had a double cheese burger deluxe, I drove back to Culver's went inside Spoke with Manager Dave, I asked Dave for a gift card for my inconvenience, he offered cheese curds, I asked again about gift card, it went in one ear and out the other, Very,Very poor Customer Service, he should've offered something. NOT Good Customer service at all, gas toooooo high to be driving back and forth, Dave needs additional Customer Sevice Training
This was my first time trying Culver’s and it was very disappointing. I got a shrimp meal, my fries were soggy and the shrimp were mediocre. I also tried the stuffed pepper soup, the rice was over cooked and it lacked flavor. I wish I would have stuck with a good ole burger. I was out of $28 and still hungry. The best part of the meal was the warm role with butter.
