This is a great place all around from the food to the staff!
The food is great, but in the last few months months their service has gone way down. I used to buy their gluten free wings to go almost every week. They used to be always on time. Lately the have been 15-20 mins after the time we been told to pick it up.
My family of 5 walked in at 5:45 it took me to go grab someone 30 mins later to just get a drink. Manager comes and takes order we ordered 2 appetizers and all our food. 3 tables that walked in a hour after us got there food before we did. we ended up walking out. 2 hours spent at a restaurant didnt have a lick of food and nobody checked on us. would not recommend this place! Horrible service we will never be back
OMG! Hands down best pizza and by far the BEST charred wings in Omaha! I frequent here because of the service, food, and all around great experience! Tyler (I only remember his name because we have the same name) and his staff are so welcoming and consistently checking on guests to ensure a great experience. 10/10 WOULD recommend

Fantastic pizza, reasonably, priced, great service. I had a free appetizer coupon on my phone but couldn't get it to come up. The manager gave me an appetizer on the house anyway, Zack the manager and Skyler the server were very friendly and helpful, We had spinach dip as an appetizer; the cheese sauce was delicious and hot. My spouse had the generously portioned Asian chicken salad and loved it. I had a cheese pizza with sausage, pepperoni, and onions. It's was one of the best pizzas I ever had, of any kind, anywhere.
Went to Copps for the first time today and we got their burnt ends pizza and it was simply amazing! Literally the best pizza I have ever ate! Definitely will be going back!!
This was the best pizza we’ve had in a long time. We ordered the supreme pizza and Mac & cheese bites and Copp’s didn’t disappoint. Our waitress, Bobbie, was awesome and service was very quick. The atmosphere inside was nice and there is limited seating outside as well. My family will definitely visit again!
We had a delicious meal ( wings and pizza) with the manager Heather, who came by more than once and asked us how our meal was and the how service was and if she could do anything for us! It made us feel that Copps cares about their customer and we will be recommending Copps to others! Becky
We are in Omaha from out of town for an event and were looking for a pizza place that we don’t have in our hometown. This came up with good reviews and gave it a try. It was pretty quick and pizza was delicious. We got a half and half specialty with a pep pizza for the kids. Although the specialty was good you can only judge a pizza place by how well they make the basics. I tried a slice of the pepperoni and it was delicious! I’d definitely come back for more
