Wife and I both ordered the same item (small size) and hers was twice the size as what I received for the same price. Also, they were our of chocolate chips. Not worth the price.

Good ice cream, nice variety of flavors. Service could have been better. Not sure if the young ladies were having a bad day or not but they were not very friendly. May give it another try.
I have been coming to this location for decades. I have 3 kids so when we come, I sometimes use coupons. Last night they wouldn't honor my coupon that I have used at this location several times. My daughter xame home from college, so I planned on getting Chinese and 4 cups of coldstone ice cream. I was so disappointed when the girl at the counter was so eager to deny my coupon and was so matter of fact that Coldstone did not authorize the printing of these coupons. I cream was tasty, as always, but the customer service was below par. Non apologetic, non empathetic, just proud to deny my coupon like I was stupid for trying to use my coupon.
Cold Stone is amazing.. You can't go wrong with anything that you order but Birthday Cake Remix is the best

Both the young lady that took our order and the cashier were both nice. It was a good experience.
