Great location to get ice cream and it always taste good. Customer service is horrible! Not a smile talked to us like they were irritated. Even my daughter was talking to them and they didn’t even look way even when she said “bye have a good day” this wasn’t the first time I been here a couple times and it’s always the same thing.
This place was filthy on my family's last visit. The floor appeared to have not been swept in a couple days, and the counter / register area was covered in spills and old ice cream. The employees all seemed to be in bad moods and irritated with each other and customers. Plenty of other Coldstones and ice cream shops in the city - avoid this one.
Came to this location so my granddaughter could get ice cream. Out of chocolate, out of strawberries and out of waffle cones. Poorly managed? Very disappointed!!
Ice cream was great, kids were happy. The coffee lovers ice cream is amazing.
I absolutely love the manager from this place. She is warming and most like a sister figure from any establishment I've ever been. Thank you CC for employing such a wonderful human being and her for being as personable as one would expect and need during these uncertain times. And BTW your dog bones are the bees knees. He literally waits by the drawer where they're kept when he knows he's earned 1.
Cold Stone Midtown is a quality vibe with a deadly amount of treats and ice cream flavors to choose from! They have a full case of totally chocolate dipped items as well as another case filled with caramel apples with all sorts of topping variations! Their prices seemed more than fair and the ice cream was really good! Definitely a nice spot to just sit and hangout at for a minute while walking around Midtown.
Cookies and Cream apple was sour and lacked flavor, didn't taste the caramel or cookies, just the sour apple!
My husband and I had the best experience working with Cold Stone Creamery for two corporate events. We worked with Raeann to plan everything out and she is seriously so awesome and was a HUGE help! I highly recommend Cold Stone for their delicious ice cream and wonderful customer service.
Out of mint icecream. Ordered waffle cone. The cone itself was stale and wet. They were nice enough to put it in a bowl for me instead. Fast sevice.
It's kind of expensive, but oh so delicious!
