I hired Coldstone to come to my wedding and they never showed up. I believe the managers name is Robin and she is extremely rude. When she called to take my payment all she said is "im calling to take your money".When I asked why they didn't show up she claimed covid but my wedding was 3 days ago so she's either lying or now super spreading covid in the store.DO NOT HIRE this place for any event!!
Maybe rethink allowing four teenagers to work at the same time. On Friday, June 17th I went and there were three girls and a boy working. There was a huge line of people waiting that was almost out the door and two of the girls left the store to go outside and talks to people while the other two had to work, then when they got back they continued to whisper with each other instead of doing their job.It was then my turn to be served and all four of them were jacking around and not serving people.
Staff is rude. Woman who I assume is the manager was very impatient and tried to help the group of girls after me when I didn’t immediately know what I want, when they didn’t know what they want she said “oh good lord” and walked away. Then proceeded to have an attitude the rest of the time she helped me.
My son went in with his girlfriend to get ice cream that totaled 13.00. The employee ask if he wanted a receipt and he declined one since it’s pretty common not to grab a receipt now days. His card was charge 97$! He called the next day and got the run around so asked for manager to call him. A week later he still had not been contacted. So he went back in person. That employee said it was too late to find that receipt. I have worked as a food and beverage manager so I know that is a lie. This is theft and I will be seeking a remedy however I can get it.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid online through THEIR website and had my sister pick it up, they did not give me the cupcakes I ordered, all of our orders were the wrong size and missing ingredients, we were missing waffle cones and the one waffle bowl we DID get was soggy and inedible. I called to speak with a supervisor and they were not there, but the employee promised they would call me back in the next few days. I called back a week later and the same scenario but the shift manager assured me she would pass the message along. We are now two weeks from when I originally ordered, never heard anything back, can’t get ahold of any supervisor and still no refund.
My son and a few friends stopped in today to purchase ice cream and were treated rudely by staff in this store. They were not being unruly and obnoxious, they are courteous teenagers. The staff member told them that only two teenagers were allowed in the store at a time and told half of their group to get out, while still allowing other patrons to enter and order their selections and making the other kids wait. I told my son they should have just left, but he did say they stayed and purchased. How rude of staff to assume that all kids are bad kids, and treat them this way. I'm also pretty sure there are no signs posted stating that they don't allow more than two kids in there at once.I won't be coming back to this store nor will I allow them to either. They are owed an apology.
I ordered icecream from this location through DoorDash. Upon receiving my order, I quickly realized that it didn’t come with the waffle cone that I ordered. I reached out to DoorDash’s customer service immediately in order to have the right items that I paid for be made correctly to be redelivered. Myself and the DoorDash representative called this location (during normal business hours) and no one answered. I also left a message with my information and stated that I still expected what I originally ordered. I don’t see how someone can mess up an order that consists of two things (icecream and a cone). Once again, the only thing positive about this experience was the professionalism of DoorDash.
It was really busy but the girls that were working were super nice and moved quickly to get everyone's order in.
Great chocolate factory as well. Supply shortages are eliminating several options, but not their fault.
It was a little bit expenses but I got sleep cream and Graham crackers and then my daughter pink lemonade with sparkles
