I love this place. I love British culture in general. When we walked in someone was there wearing a kilt, the tv was on showing the Queens Jubilee and something wonderful was baking! We had some ice cream which was great and purchased some memorabilia and British canned goods. Can't wait to try them as friends who have been to England, which I unfortunately have not, tell me that the British version of many foods are better than the US version. Looking forward to next trip and trying a breakfast entree next time. Cheers!
My GF decided that I must go (as Australia and the UK are so tied) while I was visiting. They had a pretty good range of British snacks and grocery items, though they were a bit loose with the definition of 'the UK' as I definitely saw some Australian items like Milo and Vegemite and I believe I even saw some stuff from New Zealand. We picked up a couple of Scotch eggs while we were there as neither of us had tried them and they were okay but sort of disappointing. I heard that they are supposed to be opening more of a restaurant next door in the near future, however, and I would expect (and hope) that their food options and preparation get better with that. All told, I'd go back, but only if I had a craving for something that I couldn't get easily elsewhere in Omaha.

I ordered a lot of stuff. Oh, have I missed the taste of Scottish food and candy? I grew up there as a little and never been able to go back. Ordering was super easy. Fast shipping. Everything came in perfect condition. Very well packaged. I loved that they responded fast by phone when I had questions. Overall, it was an awesome experience and felt very welcomed.
Enjoy the delicacies, but decline peas/beans unless you really want to pay extra! My wife and I stopped in for breakfast, and it was a delicious experience with traditional English foods. We ordered two pasties, a Scotch egg, and a Butter beer which were all delicious. Really well-done and can highly recommend! However, we had three orders of beans added to our order which tacked on another $9.00 (the clerk made it sound like they were included when they were an extra charge).I'm torn on how to rate the experience because while the meal was spectacular, the unwanted beans were about 30% of the check. Honestly, we just threw them away. We've chalked it up to the clerk being new on the job and we'll definitely be back. However, we'll be a bit wiser on how to order, making sure to ask the clerk to read our full order back to us.
An excellent little shop that offers a lot of great services. There is a wide assortment of treats and candies and foods for sale, all imported from the UK. They also have a bunch of gifts and memorabilia.Though in my opinion the cornerstone is the bakery. They sell English style foods that are absolutely fantastic and are usually only found at fairs and events that feature English foods. (Think renaissance festival)I highly recommend trying this place for yourself especially if you are a fan of anything British!
Outstanding place. Had no idea what to expect, the kids found snacks they have seen on YouTube immediately. I have my eye on some of the menu items the bakery offers, perhaps next time. The British know how to properly appreciate a bit of beans for sure! Hot chocolate, butter beer, and even a small grocery selection as well as gifts. Love to see small businesses like this, hope they find nothing but success.
I love this hidden gem here in Omaha. The owner is so friendly and loves what he does. This place brings a Little Britain flair to the metro area. They have a great selection of seasonal items from sweets, and authentic British dishes, to your favorite British TV/movie memorabilia, all imported directly from the UK. Each visit is an experience you won’t forget.
I literally could go here everyday. I cant say enough amazing things about the owner as well. Everyone is warmly welcomed. Try literally everything there, you wont regret it. Also grab some sausage rolls or a scotch egg. They have great platters that may have become our new New Years tradition.
It’s a great little place that has some groceries from England, they sell food but I didn’t get but will here soon, they have gifts as well. The person at the cash register was friendly. I bought some candy and it was delicious and so is the tea. Check them out!
