At this location the host was very polite and professional and most of the waiters and waitress who made eye contact said hello. Normally the food temperature and being fully cooked is never an issue but this time the chef at the Mongolian grill didn't cook the food entirely till it was done. Also on the line the chicken nuggets and egg rolls should have been warmer. Other than that overall it was a good dine in dining experience
Terrible. Called the restaurant and asked their address the employee couldn't tell me the address!!!Then they sent me to their competition across the street! They didn't provide any napkins after requesting extra napkins. Their eggrolls are disgusting!!! A mouthful of pure mush!!! The staff was great!!! However, the food was just ok. We had previously dined there many times and the food was great!!! But this time it was just ok.
I would give less than 1 star but clearly thats not an option. Evening 7 pm . Some food was mushy some was hard, Some extremly cold and some warm. Tables were extremely sticky didnt look or feel clean. Some of my flavored chicken had pieces of hair in it. Soda didnt taste like soda over carbonated. Food Bars were covered in food drippings lots of stuff on the floor even better the "clean" dishes still had food on them. I was very dissapointed. And dis satisfied considering we spent well over 80 dollers along with there own idea of a 30 doller tip as well as our own tip for 3 adults and 2 children under 6. Also good luck getting any service lots of employees off in the corners on their cell phones.
Used to love coming here with my family, not anymore. Food wasn’t even good, employees seemed to not care, and service was extremely SLOWWWWW.
It had been a while since I have been to this spot. I always enjoy my visits here. Yes it is normally crowded, full of hungry happy people. The buffet is full of delicious options. I always start with sushi and hot and sour soup then on to the other choices until I am full. A good spot to meet friends to chew and chat.
Went 2/12/22 around 3pm and all the waitress did was rush us. The receipt said Sophie, I’ll assume that’s her name, she brought the ticket to us and we continued eating then she takes the receipt when there wasn’t any card or cash with the receipt. That was extremely annoying. Not to mention the variety of the food has decreased. I have eaten at this location for years and not even during the dinner times do they have quality food but of course that doesn’t bring the cost per buffet down. There’s barely any seafood dishes anymore during dinner hours. It’s all being replaced by chicken. We have gone back various times to see if maybe the old dishes were back but no it’s being replaced by chicken. If I wanted chicken nuggets/fried chicken I’d just eat that at home. I really used to love this place.
Great variety, tried about every single item on the buffet, only a couple items were lack luster. Staff friendly, prices fair, and environment was fairly clean, as far as buffet expectations go. Come for a great variety of typical Chinese American food, sushi, and stir fry.
Went here over lunch. Mediocre taste and quality is fine for this establishment. The issue here is that the person in line ahead of me picked up a plate and there was a COCKROACH under it. Freshly cleaned plates, but had a cockroach. I couldn't eat anything after, I just payed and got food elsewhere.
I walked in to get to go food and there was a COCKROACH IN THE NOODLES. I honestly should’ve taken a picture but I was so disgusted, I walked back, handed them the box, and walked out. I am so disgusted.
