We had fajitas and they were awful. I suppose we could have said something but we just wanted to get out of there. The guacamole was gray in color. Our server was good though. Won't be eating there anytime soon.Food: 2/5
Left Applebee's because no server came to our table was greeted as if I was a guest and not an inconvenience food was good and service was as well definitely going back..ps sorry I chose Applebee's first won't happen again.
Took my took my son and grandson. Grandson had not been there before we ordered dinners from the 1099 each menu and had a great rainy night evening. Food was good and service was good ? also got the big appetizer platter. It was awesome and a great way to spend a second or third rainy day in a row.
Took advantage of Tuesday OLDTIMERS Burger. Placed a order by phone. Was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes.Arrived in 20 minutes, waited in curb side parking for 5 minutes with no other vehicles waiting. No help so I went inside to see young lady on the phone Struggling to take a Order. I decided to go use the restroom while waiting.By the time I got back she was off the phone and assisting me with paying for my order. Did not know that the had switch Systems on how to pay for your meal.. Ended up having a young man come over who said he was a Manager assistin paying my Bill and get me a receipt.This took almost 10 minutes. I couldn't enough get a updated cc receipt with my tip on it by the young lady so I had to have it set to my Email.I left disappointed and drove off only to pull over to find out that all 3 burgers were incorrect with my special instructions!!!I drove back to Chili's and asked for a Manager. Again I had to wait!Finally a Manager named Lexi spoke to me.I was very disappointed and upset at the situation and try to explain the whole thing to her. She informed me that she was the one that took my order over the phone.I just felt she didn't want to have to hear Me constructively vent on how bad the order was and why wasn't it checked . NO OWNERSHIP on the MISTAKES or a simple APOLOGIES... She was more concerned on what she needed to do.I was totally flabbergasted by this And asked her how long you would take to replace the order? She informed me that it would be 15 to 20 minutes. At that point I felt she just didn't want to expedite anything just place it like a new order like my original one.By now I've been at the store for over 45 minutes. I asked for a refund/credit on my CC. She came back and said it was done . I asked her where am I where my receipt was showing credit.. She informed me that she didn't have a receipt for me that it be available in a few days. By now, 1hour passed and I informed her to have the General Manager contact me tomorrow by lunch time so we could discuss how to diescalate the situation Or I would move on. Zero response(2:02pm).I felt I should share this.... Good Luck on Curb-side and some of the staff!Dine in ask for Katie!!!
Everything was good! The atmosphere, the menu, the server, the food and the price. My first time there!!!
Haven't been here in years and these guys did not disappoint believe me..The food was Great and the staff were on point! Another great place to feel your belly!! Tap in folks..tap in.
Went this evening and it was very emptybut we still had to wait (short on staff). Once seated, the host got our drink order. He was not able to take the alcohol order due to his age and messed up one the drinks and another only came half full (root beer float). Our waitress was wonderful and main reason for any stars, but had too many tables so it took a while when we requested something. She quickly corrected the host errors. Food came out mostly correct and some of the items did not taste good (the rice). Since our waitress did not bring the food, I won't blame her for the mess ups, but she again quickly corrected them. We used to frequent this place, but noticed service and quality go down hill. We tried again tonight in hopes that things had changed, but will likely not be back.
Went during Chili's birthday today and the presidente margaritas were only $3.13! So we totally had to partake, the strawberry margarita is really good!Also split and appetizer of chips and queso. I got the cajun chicken pasta and she got the country fried steak. ?We both enjoyed the food, service was friendly and the place was very clean.
Service was great!!! I ordered the Fajita Trio, it was amazing!!! My Girlfriend ordered a meal with a quesadilla, it was burned. We would have sent it back but we were pressed for time. Overall, it was good.
