Great sandwich as always. Love the kale salad option instead of fries.
Seems that this location has been on a downhill slide for awhile. Customer service reps that aren't friendly and can't count change, soggy fries, missing items in orders, and unwillingness to put the customer first. The price of the food here costs far too much to deal with all of it.

Went on a Saturday while the dinning room was under construction. Drive thru line was stretched to the business next door parking and they STILL kept the line moving. They had workers outside coming up to your car to take your order. Got home and everything was fresh and good! Never had an issue with this location and I see it staying that way
Friendly people at the drive thru. Got my order quickly and accurately. Tasty nuggets and waffle fries. Just a tad pricey for fast food.
This location has very friendly staff and they handle the high volume very well. I rarely have an issue with order accuracy and utilize their curbside to go options often.

Always receive relatively fast and friendly service at this location and great tasting food for the price (although the price of everything is going up lately). I eat at Chick-fil-A a lot and have never had an issue with stomach problems as mentioned by a couple of reviews. I'm wondering if they perhaps got food poisoning in their own kitchens? I know how strict CFA is about food prep and handling, so I find the accusation hard to believe. They also have pretty good record with Douglas County health inspections for proper food handling. Only issue I'm aware of recently was a recall on shakes . . . which just shows CFA's responsiveness and responsibility with regard to food safety. Only feedback I have for CFA is that I'd prefer they bring back the extra crispy fries option as it seems fries are a bit soggy for my taste lately. Also, the prices going up make me eat their less now. Overall fantastic food and they bend over backwards to make sure as many customers are happy as possible . . . if something's wrong with your order, let them know and they will definitely try to fix it! Chic fil a is a great restaurant! The staff is always so polite and even asks for my name every time I order. Their food is amazing and the sauce is delicious. The only thing I wish is that they would hold onto their original values. Dont be afraid of public opinion. Stand for your beliefs even if they aren't popular.
