This establishment is very clean. The staff was friendly and offered me great service. My breakfast was hot and fresh.
It was a Saturday night with storms rolling in and the store wasn't busy. Food came.out hot and fresh, everyone enjoyed their meal. They have cut back on their sauces, they aren't available just to grab, but only of my kids needs the extra ranch. My spicy chicken was good, but I asked for the deluxe and didn't get it. Didn't bother me enough to complain but...anyway, we enjoyed our visit.
They are so mannerable. Customer service was excellent outside and on the inside, as well as the food. The children played in the play area great time. The 3yr felt very comfortable asking for a refill. Appreciate the friendly ness of the staff. Clean area and hot food ??
I asked for a #1 with onion. Didn't get the onion. I went back up to the counter and the kid said ... we don't put onions on burgers.... Burgers? Then he said we don't have any onions.I asked for iced tea and got sweet tea. I didn't ask for sweet tea. Just iced tea. They never asked me which one I wanted. Not planning on going there again.
Went to the lobby at ,9pm. The male manager was rude.Their we're a total of four people in the store, including the door dash guy. One customer only wanted a spoon. I wanted a Cobb salad. But he just kept saying the lobby was closed. I said we're in the lobby can't you serve us he said NO go thru the drive thru. I asked for the cooperate phone number he said look in up.
I love chick fil a, but this one is the worst I've been to. I've been to this establishment 4 or 5 times and they seem to always be out of something. Multiple times they haven't had any chick fil a sauce. All the employees have been great, but whoever is managing this store and keeping their inventory full is not doing a good job.
First of all rest of employees where great with one exception otherwise would be a 4 or 5. Went thru drive through and the person taking the order was friendly and that’s when it changed, pulled up to window and wasn’t even greeted with a hello, good morning, how’s your day, absolutely no customer service then when I asked for some sauces you would of thought she was so put out she just looked at me with a little eye roll and thru them in the bag and even after all that didn’t even say have a good day or come again. I called and spoke with the manager she was helpful but would not say the employees name so I don’t know if it was even addressed. What happened to customer service and not just a paycheck. Times sure have changed, hope this was a young lady having a bad day and not just the normal.
Order the grilled chicken sandwich on a Gluten Free bun for my wife. It was not even assembled in the bag! Who does that!? And, she reported, the GF bun was NOT something worth the extra $$. Almost $8 for a Chicken sandwich?In the future, I'll take Popeye's any day and I can get a meal from Popeye's on Sunday.I'm gonna leave all the hype and hoopla for the 20-something crowd.
Left out 2 mac and cheese 3 cookies and gave me no sauces for my 4 count strips. What I'm supose to eat 4 dry chicken strips didn't want to make up for ruining my dinner so I had to go back and retrieve my refund. But actually that made it worse who wants to drive back after working all day.. not the first time a order was messed up either. It's really frequent actually, but I've had enough so yes I had to go back this time. But never again if I could give zero stars I would!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely amazing!! Best chick fil a out there! My family and I are faithful customers we always get our food hot and fresh and tasting amazing we’ve never had any complaints. Great place to eat 100%
