Found this place tonight looking for a good cheeseburger and I picked the right place! As soon as I opened the door I knew it, but it was further confirmed when I received my food, the moment I unwrapped my cheeseburger I could smell the deliciousness. The bun, the patty, the condiments were all delicious and fresh, I don't generally like mustard but I was in a mild hunger coma and didn't hear the guy say mustard was on it; I didn't even notice until it was half gone though. The burger honestly reminded me of the old Burgers on Broadway it was that level of good! It's just that much better not driving to Council Bluffs. The staff was cool and friendly

Talk about above and beyond! I glance over while I’m waiting and he’s holding the bun and blue cheese up to the warmer to melt it a little before the dawg lays on top.The staff was loving and smiley. What a great place to have some lunch.

People are friendly and the food is pretty damn good for its price. lots of choices for add ons. ordered a Jalapeño Cream Cheese Burger and added bacon. It’s was mild in spice but amazing i’m flavor. If i was to change this burger i would salte the jalapeños. But other way it was great.

I am extremely upset with the level of customer service that the business owner, Ben, and his team at Cheeseburger Blackstone are practicing. After visiting the restaurant for lunch in late January, I sat down at their front seating and fell as a result of my chair falling into their vent cover not being secured to the ground. One staff member ran to the front to see if I was okay but didn't offer any next steps such as an apology, a comped meal, or help picking up the area after the fall. After reaching out to management, I was told no one was available to speak to. I was given Ben's email and he did not respond. After a follow up email, and a 1 star review, he finally reached out to acknowledge the incident. Although he agreed to take care of my medical expenses as a result of the concussion I sulfured, he never actually followed through. Instead he kept putting off communication and eventually got a lawyer to speak to me instead in efforts to settle. After sending updated billing, they still have not actually moved forward. The lawyer as also prolonged communication alleging he was on vacation. Again, this happened in January and we are almost in May.I really like to support local businesses, but after suffering a concussion, missing work for follow ups, and still not receiving any direction from the owner I do not plan on returning to Cheeseburger. Their overpriced menu is not worth the stress it may come with for not properly taking care of their building or training their staff. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else, but please be aware!

We had a great experience, and loved the music- even caught my going on four year old Daughter grooving. I had The Benny, just a great all around burger and I am usually more of a plain cheeseburger kind of guy. Wife had the chili dog, she really liked it including the bun. Daughter had chicken fingers, which were kind of different in the sense as not exactly traditional, same with the onion rings (both very good). I really liked the fries as well, above average. We will be back from time to time.

I had never heard of the place before and went with friends. I liked the setup and the retro design of the sign. I tried their chicken strips, fries, and a burger (can’t remember the specific kind) but it was all really delicious. The chicken strips weren’t overly crisp and had juicy texture almost.Kind of pricey since they don’t have combo meals or anything.

This place is pretty alright. Burgers are decent. The patties are thinner and light on flavor. Buns are on the thicker side. Menu is A la Carte, so you’re ordering each item separately. Online order pricing is the same as dine-in (no up charge). Dined out with a 5mins drive back home and the fries were still crispy (major plus).

The burgers I've tried from here have been pretty great. The fries are super salty, but that's expected from this type of joint. You aren't going to a place called cheeseburgers for the health benefits anyway, right? The staff I talked to were super chill. Lots of good vibes and good grinds coming out of this place.I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good, greasy burger, some salty fries, and a beer to wash them down.

Probably not good enough to go back. The burgers, fries , onion rings , pickle chips were all good… but it wasn’t nothing spectacular to make us come back. I’ve had better burgers at Runza and Don n Millie’s honestly. Worth trying but not going back
