This Charleston's Restaurant location is amazing. The atmosphere, the staff, and the food was outstanding! It's a perfect atmosphere if you're looking for a quiet, dark, romantic setting. Our waiter, James, was super sweet, helpful, and very humorous!The food, was something else. I got the Grilled Chicken & Avocado Club and it was probably the best chicken sandwich I've had in a very long time! My partner got the Hickory burger, and he loved it! He said it was incredible and cooked perfectly!Overall, definitely coming back because it was just fantastic all around! Highly recommend this place! Guaranteed that you won't be disappointed.
The food is decent but its definitely overpriced. You're paying more for the ambiance as it’s a cute and romantic spot but you typically can’t enjoy that because more often than not it's loud and crowded. The service was really good, awesome about keeping our glasses full! Walt’s Champaign salad is amazing and of course the croissants are a dream. Suggest off peak hours for an optimal experience.
Terrific waitstaff at the bar, however when our bill came an appetizer was billed a dollar more than listed in the menu and the beer was two dollars more than listed. Really? Five dollars in additional charges isn’t going to break the bank, but they were unexpected based upon the price listed on the menu. Management should have honored the price on the menu.
French dip: cooked fairly well, not chewy at all. Aju sauce wasn't fully tasteful kind of bland and didn't compliment the meal. Potatoes on point as usual.Tenderloin: not the greatest. Gave a bad piece of meat, wasn't tenderized at all which made it very hard to eat.
Great food, great atmosphere and outstanding service
Took my family of 4 to eat lunch on Saturday to celebrate my dad's birthday. I ordered their famous champagne chicken salad. What a disappointment! For a $20 salad, it had no taste, the quantity of items on the salad were reduced by half of what it used to be, the croissant was completely cold, pitiful. My mom ordered the same thing, equally disappointed. This used to be an A+ place to eat. For the price and quality, I'd give it a C/C-

Just too pricey for most. Food is good..but should be even better for the cost .and don't think you are going to be amazed by the serving size. $31 for a rack of ribs that doesn't even come with a salad..ouch.
