They were short on help so service was bad. Our wine came as the dinner arrived. (new bartender) Food was fine and good value.
The problems started right away as they gave me a beer list and it had around 20 items on it. I made a choice and they came back and said it was out of stock so picked another one and again, nope. Third choice? Nope. At that point, the manager/owner came by and said it would be faster to say what they had in stock so thatâs not good. My daughter then ordered lasagna and they were out of that. What is going on here? The salads were good and then the main course came. For a place that brags about their steaks, the strip steak was lousy and Iâm guessing I could get a better steak at Applebeeâs. I wanted to ask for some steak sauce to see if I could salvage it, but our server (who was very nice) was nowhere to be seen as she was stretched way too thin (one of her tables was two grandparents and nine grandchildren). The final straw was since my daughter couldnât finish her meal, we asked for a container. By the time we got to the car, it was already leaking and I canât ever remember a meal when that happened. I really wanted to like this place, but it was a lousy experience and for the money we paid, we would have been better off at a fast food place.
Service was great
Great evening
Don't normally give bad reviews. If you are looking for good steak dinner, this is not the place. There is no pride taken in what they are serving. The steak was just a piece of meat, no seasoning, not much flavor. Salad is just some lettuce with dressing poured on it. Baked potato is small, comes tin foiled wrapped, they only offer, butter and sour cream. The sour cream comes in small squeeze packets. I have never seen that in a restaurant before. The red pasta sauce is very sweet and watery. They ran out of green beans, so they served corn. It was just canned corn heated up. No seasoning, no butter, nothing. This probaby used to be a great restaurant, but you can see all the corners they are cutting now. Just no pride in what they serve. Unfortunate. Skip it, go somewhere else.
Great service and food (as always) -I was sad to hear that they are no longer serving hash browns as a side though? I’ll keep coming back (great breadsticks too)
Been here forever. Still great. Visited this time from Michigan and was not disappointed. Same menu. Same great food and service.
The up charge for Roquefort salad dressing is so worth it.
Classic 80s steak house vibe which is just fine with our group. Steaks were nothing special. No special cuts or anything special with how they were cooked for the price of them. The Roquefort dressing was really good on the salad.
The staff is their strong suit. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. It's a very large open building that is in desperate need of a renovation. The food was good and the prices are reasonable.
