Great food for a great price! Little hidden gem of North Omaha. They do take a little time being as small of a shop as they are, but the wait has always been worth it.
The line might be long but it's worth it. The food is amazing. The French fries portion could be a bit bigger than 10 fries.
I love their food but it's clear that their very popular & need a expanded parking lot so people don't have to hold up traffic & almost getting hit by other vehicles
Pork chop dinner is great. Catfish dinner and chicken wings is awesome.
Every time I run through the drive-thru, I can barely wait the 3 minute drive to my house! The greens are top-notch & the catfish filets are cooked-to-perfection! It's worth the short time to wait in the drive-thru line!
Was originally going to rate lower, due to them not being open the few times I tried to go during hours it said Open. But, I finally got to try it and it was well worth the wait. Absolute BEST fried Chicken I've had in the area! The Catfish filets were amazing! Coleslaw was tasty also! The Cherry Cheesecake hit the spot to finish an overall GREAT meal!
I’m a hard critic simply because I was born and raised in the south so I know good southern food. I’ve tried a few places here looking for good seasoned fried catfish. A lot of restaurants such as this one are so close but miss the mark due to lack of seasoning. The food is hot and fresh but has no taste. At least this place had fried shrimp that I could identify but no taste. The coleslaw was bland as well. The fries were good but that’s about it. Another thing that was a first was packaged tarter sauce. Now, that was a first needless to say it had no taste.
First time having them yesterday and I ordered a double cheeseburger meal so not satisfied at all my burger was dry with no seasoning or condiments on it at all my fries were extremely salty and burnt and taste like it was cooked in old oil so disappointed I don't think that I will come back if so if I decide to Iwill try something else because that double cheeseburger meal was so disappointing
The Catfish was fried to perfection, I just wished it had a bit more seasoning. It was HOT and fresh and with hot sauce it was still a good eat. The fries were crispy and hot.The red beans and rice were bland, very bland.Customer service was amazing, the drive trough was so busy we barely made it off the street to wait to order, but service went quicker than expected.
