Glad we didn’t look at reviews first. We were staying at the hotel and came here to eat after swimming. Burgers were wonderful!! Kids grilled cheese was good size!Service wasn’t slow, but not fast either. However, our server was doing his absolute best, was helpful, professional, and friendly!!
Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a burger spot. We walked in, were told to grab our own seat and waited over 20 minutes. Never were greeted and ended up walking out. Bummed because we wanted to enjoy some good burgers before the concert!
Worst service ever. We were the only ones in the place. Waitress had a hard time keeping up with drink refills only 5 of us. The one person that advised they wanted their burger well done didn’t get it well done. Plastic drink cups plastic silverware. For $92 dollars i would have expedited more. The food was ok and felt they were rationing the French fries.
There is a good reason why the Facebook reviews are turned off. The burger we had tonight was the same frozen round hockey puck you can get at Walmart. Spent $289.44 for 7 of us. $11/ drink and $14/ frozen hamburger with undercooked fries. Won't be long before you run out of unsuspecting customers who don't look at reviews first. Avoid this place. The best thing about it, was it was clean and nobody there.

Very down scale restaurant. Lack luster service, messy tables. The menu is small, but looks really good. Looks can be deceiving. For a self proclaimed local beer and burger place, the local brews were only 3 and the burgers were about as thin as a McDonald's single hamburger patty, but with less seasoning. We ordered ours with no buns, so im guessing they expect the bread to make it look bigger. The kids cheese pizzas were about as jiffy made as they come The only reason for 2 stars is for the onion rings...while not the greatest, they were seasoned really nicely. End of the day, save your money for some place that would be worth it, which is not here.
Jen and Kelly at the bar were great! They were quick, attentive and friendly. We had the cheesadilla which was tasty. Selection on food and alcohol is a bit limited but good enough for a hotel restaurant. The breakfast buffet was great, I really liked the biscuits and gravy. Thank you for a great time!
Last night we stopped in to have dinner before the ofc fights. There was 4 of us. There was a party of 6-8 that’s walked in right before we did. The feminine male that works behind the bar came to both group of guests and told us to just find a table and someone would be with us soon. There were many tables that were dirty. We sat for over twenty minutes without being helped. We ended up grabbing our own menus and one of us went up to the bar and asked if we could be helped. The “feminine male” that works behind the bar was our server. He was extremely rude. We ordered our food and sat there for 45 mins before we got our food. Our firecracker shrimp appetizer was colder than my side salad that I received WITH my meal. We gave it back to our server and asked for it to be removed from our bill. Another server, a blond female heard us complaining about our service, she came over asked if we needed anything and gave us 2 free beers. We had no silverware, and sat in there for an hour and a half with no refills on our drinks. The food was decent except the appetizer. But because of the service we received I would never recommend this place to anyone. The guy behind the bar should not be a bartender or server. He was beyond rude. When we left there was a total of 4 tables of people and 2 people at the bar. No reason at all for us to be treated the way we were.
The food was great, however the service is poor. Told to sit wherever. At least 10 minutes for a menu. Another 10 minutes to get a drink order, another 10 to get water, another 10 to place our food order. 20 minutes to get a salad. But yet the check and payment took less then 5. If I wasn't staying at the holiday inn, I would not recommend this place to eat.
I stopped at this place as it was next to my hotel. I walked in and took a seat at the bar for a to-go order. Neither the bartender nor the waitress had noticed me come in and sit at the bar. The bartender was chit chatting with a couple at the bar far longer than necessary, so I had to get up and go talk directly to the waitress and explained I had been sitting at the bar and no one came to give me a menu. The bartender finally came over to take my order. It would be nice the bartender can save his lengthy conversations after double checking that a customer is not waiting to place an order. I noticed 2 people across from my view at a booth and one guy got up to place an order with the bartender. I don't know if this a normal thing for the bartender and staff to not glance around and check to see if customers have been taken care of. Other than that issue, I placed an order for the Lone Star burger, very good burger. When they brought my order, they did not provide any napkins for the to-go order, so when I got back to my hotel I had to scrounge around for napkins. This restaurant seems a little unorganized
