Went in around 8 pm last night, wasn't very busy. Drinks weren't right, out of certain items which in itself is no big deal but nothing was said about an upcharge on the "replacement" choices. Wrong food brought to table and the replacement for it took over 25 minutes to get out. Everyone else at the table was finished eating. The server offered to take the burger off and the drink and after several tries still couldn't get it resolved. After an additional 15 minutes of waiting, I was tired of the issues and left after paying well over what the food was worth.

Spent over an hour trying to get the correct food only to be asked to leave without food or refund for sticking my head through the door to the kitchen to get help as people stood for 10+ minutes up front and no one was helping any of us. Absolutely horrible customer service. Still waiting for my refund as I have disputed my cc charge. Unbelievable!

Took the server 10 minutes to get to us. Never came to check on our drinks or even apologize for our food taking forever. Got our food 40 minutes later and it was SUPER cold and I had to have someone else take it back because our server didn’t care to check on us. Spoke to the GM who was super nice and felt bad for our experience and gave us a discount for the long wait and cold food. Server came back and didn’t make eye contact and literally couldn’t care less about us. Tried calling the restaurant after we left and no one answered at all after trying 4 different times… So yeah I’m not coming back here again. Don’t recommend!

People talk bad about b dubs but they've always been consistent for me and the food is good. Tuesday and Thursdays for wing deals and everyday lunch special for about 10 bucks. Love all the TV's in every direction you look!

Took My son out for dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings last night for some one on one time. We had the best experience I’ve ever had with kids & restaurant dining. The manager saw us looking at their Easter display in their display case and casually stopped by our table and gifted my 3 y/o son the cool Easter basket for no apparent reason (probably valued around $20). My son was thrilled! All of the staff engaged us in conversation and were so sweet to my son and I. What a fun night for the boys! And yes he must be my boy as is already eating spicy wings at 3. ?

I have been coming to this particular location for at least 10 years because of location and not to mention good food and great atmosphere. My wife and I stopped by on the 29th of March prior to going shopping. A quick meal and a drink was all we wanted. We arrived and sat down with maybe 8-10 tables full but it was a little early. Our waitress appeared to only have 1 other table besides our table. She arrived and asked if we would like a drink, I asked if there were any drink specials, off she went to get a drink menu with specials. Asked if we were going to eat, off she went to get menus. Rule one bring menu to the table first time. After she finally took our order she seemed to disappear for at least 20 minutes only to come back to ask if we wanted another drink, we declined and asked about our food since we had seen 2 tables that came in after us get there food. She indicated it would be ready, in a few. She disappeared again, About 12 minutes later she came out with our food. 10 wings, and a Chicken wrap with Tater Tots. That was the order. 32 minutes for 10 wings and a Chicken wrap with over done tater tots. The food was at best room temp an while the wings were very good and my wife's chicken wrap was good as well. No complaint other than I like to eat my wings at least warm even hot if I can. The food I believe was cold because of the service. Our waitress literally would disappear for long periods of time as in 10 minutes plus at a time. Totally bummed with the service and service is what makes me come back. Food can be fixed or even re-made if needed but slow is slow and that cannot be fixed. I really like B-Dubs and still may come back but I promise if I return and the same waitress is going to wait on me I will either leave or move to a different table. I understand the problem with help, but I saw some moving waiters and waitresses moving pretty well, so it is not company wide problem, just 1 waitress problem. To wait on people you really have to want to do the job, if you dont want to be a wait staff please do not do it, you ruin it for the diners and restaurant itself.

I placed an order to go today around 11pm. Food was amazing and the guy Nick was very polite and got our sauces when I let him know it wasn’t in our order. Please Let him know he’s doing a great job and who made our food ? so 5 starts for you guys!

If you’re looking for great service ask for Mario behind the bar, even when they are busy he always seems to check in just at the right time. If I have ever had an issue with my order which I would say is extremely rare, he always handles it quickly and doesn’t make you feel like a bother. Would highly recommend

Came to dine and no one showed up for 10 mins and there was other lady waiting to be seated from 20 mins and they don’t care . Even restaurant was Not so busy .

This B-Dubs is often times hit or miss. Some days I get everything perfectly made and other days can be an array of issues from not including items on the order to going very light on the sauce for the wings. I've generally had better experiences when it's not too busy.
