We spent 42 dollars on Door Dash delivery and I did not receive my fries with my burger. They did not put bacon on it and did not leave off the hot peppers from the burger that had all been specified on my online order. I waited for over an hour for a wrap, burger and fries on a Thursday night at 1015?!?! Not happy at all with this delivery or the Dodge St. location. Will not be using Door Dash for Buffalo Wild Wings, or going to the Dodge St. location ever. Ridiculous.

This location refuses to get their A/C fixed. An altercation broke out among co-workers due to the incredible heat. It was over 100 degrees Fahrenheit outside and can only imagine that sweating bullets, working in a place where a kitchen is continuous being utilized, and walking around to attend to clients who were miserable just sitting in the place lead to tensions rising so high. I recommend the entire staff quit and customers not return until this has been resolved. The working conditions in which they keep their employees in should be of the utmost importance. A happier staff would lead to good customer service and better class of paying customers. I do not blame the staff that worked that evening, management needs to be held accountable. Bartender was getting all the overfill from the backed up dining room. She held her composure well and did an awesome job. Great service. Great food and in a timely manner

Started out great. People were friendly and we were seated pretty quickly. We had a group of 10 and arrived at 10 on a Friday night. Restaurant looked pretty messy, but that doesn't mean much since I didn't see how busy it was before we arrived. It was, however, fairly empty with about 6-7 staff in the dining and bar areas. I ordered the dirty tots. Food was decent. I'm old school though, and I don't eat until everyone is served. It was 30-45 mins between the first meal served and the last meal was boxed to go because it did NOT come out at all. 2 of 10 entrees did not come out of the kitchen in the hour and half we were there until we just gave up and asked to have them boxed up. Really should be 1.5 stars because our server was nice, but overwhelmed, and the food that was served was decent.

Probably the worst service. I have ever experienced. My first guess would be management. I’ll share my story…. I deliver for various good delivery services. As a single mother of 5 my full time an part time just aren’t cutting it these days. So I took to delivering. I went to BWW this evening around 7pm to get an order for the service I work for. I was told by girl up front BWW had not received the order. She would need to deliver it manually. She added I would have to wait 20-25 minutes. She also added, more than once, I could just send order to the next driver. A lot aren’t aware but on certain delivery apps this sending orders to another diver affects our ratings tremendously depending on what delivery app it is. Therefore it’s not that sume to just send order to another driver. So I set my timer for 25 min. an I waited. During this time atleast 7-8 people with to go orders came & went.The final straw for me was a friend of the girl working at the front cashier at BWW’s order a to go order. Walked in just like me. Placed order just like I had to since the delivery app had not sent it. Or BWW had not received it. After the cashiers friend ordered. I asked the front cashier girl again if my order was ready. She said it will be another 20-25 minutes. I said “For wings & a kids meal”?!So your telling me 45 minutes almost an hour for wings & a kids meal. She said yes. However she told her friend whom used a gift card it would only be 15 minutes. Again to go orders coming & going.I had since left an came back. This time though I left contacted delivery service and customer. Customer said at 8pm (mind you I got there at 7pm) that the order had been sitting there an hour. The customer told management that could not be correct because she could see in app I arrived @ 7pm. The management is not knowing I’m otp with the customer the whole time an she knows the run around an the front cashier showing favoritism to a friend. Ultimately the restaurant lied. The manager lied. The front desk cashier girl is costing them alot of money. The order was canceled by customer. I can’t say it was a waste of gas because I’m in one of my car is a two door Honda coupe just for these deliveries. But I can’t say in 2022 with almost everyone struggling after coronavirus I can’t believe that people like this still exist and I don’t understand what is the purpose of lying to a customer losing money and running around the very delivery services that you count on to bring in money when things like Covid happen.I wouldn’t eat here I wouldn’t recommend a friend here the end all be all the customer told me even if the food was ready she no longer wanted it she was feeding her children and had not cooked that evening and had to start cooking dinner at 8 o’clock I could hear the baby in the background it was just heartbreaking.Again I would not eat here I would not dine here I definitely will not order from here and management needs to be replaced and maybe some of the people need to be retrained but the things that I witnessed are unacceptable unfair and very sad.

The first time I was craving some wings.So my family and I stopped by Saturday, it was full of people so we decided to order online. After I ordered online, it said there would be a 2 and a half hour wait for my food..I understood because there was a lot of people. I chose to go inside and cancel it because I wasn’t going to wait 2 and a half hours for my food, we were very hungry to wait for that long.The manager said he would take care of it and refund me my money back.After a week, it turns out they still hadn’t refunded me, so I went back to claim my money and also purchase some food.The person in the front, she was very nice. The problem was the manager who didn’t even apologize and gave me an attitude when I politely asked why I hadn’t received my refund. Was it too difficult for him to give me an apology and move on instead of giving me an attitude and demanding me to give him my exact amount and card info.Even though, he gave me an attitude, I gave him a second chance and ordered some more food.The food was atrocious. There were feathers in my wings. The pictures below prove my point. I would like my refund back for the second purchase. This has never happened to me before. Go to Bellevue or Council Bluffs for better food and service!!!

I ordered a meal today for takeout at 7:34pmtoday. It was a simple order 15 Wings and an order of mozzarella sticks. The email told me I had to wait unil 10pm to get my food. I waited and when the time came my order still wasn't prepared, I thought. I called and was told that my order had been ready for hours. I told the employee that answered the phone that I wanted a refund, and she hung up on me. I tried to call again and was immediately hung up on again. I had to drive 30 miles to get my refund for my order. If I could give 0 stars I would the employees that work here are incompetent and ignorant.

The food was delicious, and waitress was very kind. The food did take a while to arrive but we know it’s because it’s took to order. The host needs to improve her attitude and her customer service. She didn’t even communicate with us letting us know the delay or an update of when we will be seated. Last time my boyfriend and I went and it was our turn to get seated the host rolled her eyes and walked away while saying ughhhhh. This time the same exact host ignored us while we were waiting to be seated and eventually time went by and never got seated. We both saw her walking by and looking at us but she didn’t even greet us telling at least that’s she’s busy and that she’ll help us soon. Or making an effort to make us feel welcomed. She just walked by looked at us and acted like she didn’t see us. Me and my boyfriend decided to go somewhere else because we clearly could noticed nobody was gonna seat us and we felt unwelcome. We will not be coming to this location anymore.

I normally have great service, however even though they were short staffed. I still would have expected way better service my waitress didn’t take my drink order and barely took the time to take my food order. Then never saw her again until it was time to pay. My food was cold and over cooked.

A long wait when there were plenty of tables open then a long wait for food waiter was not friendly or very helpful also our fries were cold and hard and the wings were tiny and hard and chewy .My advice don't come to this one
