The worse service on June 30th 2022 at lunch time … took us 30 min to be seated, they had only 3 servers each of them had only 3 tables occupied , which they can’t keep up with … food took another 30 min to come out… they had a family of 2 adults 3 small children at the waiting room for 20 min … they didn’t advise us on the waiting time and they didn’t have a notice at the door that let us know the situation in advance , no visible manager at the store, he or she probably was busy at the kitchen, do to the shortage of workers. We totally understand the situation, but please let people know you don’t have enough personnel to serve ... that way people can choose other option quick. “Sugestión , please call ahead and ask how long is the waiting and serving time.”
Fantastic service, delicious food, great atmosphere. Almost had an asthma attack from the mango habanero wings, but they were so delicious I just used my rescue inhaler and finished them at home anyways. 10 stars out of 5 I recommend this place to anyone who loves wings.
Just tried to stop in for dinner at this location and was turned away. They have a sign on the front door that says they are temporarily closing at 9pm, which is fine. We arrived at 8:40pm and were told they stopped seating at 8:30pm. I asked the hostess if we could order to go and she said yes. So, we walked over to the to go counter and the employee told us we could not order, that they also stop take out orders at 8:30pm. If this is the case, they should just say they close at 8:30. I worked in the restaurant business for several years and every other restaurant accepts orders up until the minute they close, some even later if they have guests walking in right at close, they extend the courtesy of allowing them to order before shutting down the kitchen for the night. Staff was not friendly and this place should update their sign to say they close at 8:30pm if that’s when they feel like no longer taking orders!
Foods good, but for the fourth straight time I've had an incomplete order given to me for pick up. I don't understand how hard it is to just put food in a bag and match it to a ticket. Double check your work before you hand it to customers.
We have tried to order via their app. It flat out will not work. Always lists tomorrow as the next time available. I refuse to continue to try to work with this business. There are too many other options available to be frustrated every time. This has been an issue for over two years. Finally just have to give up. We used to enjoy the food but no more.
During lunch, my friend who had her toddler along is Type 1 diabetic, the carb book she carries did not have BBW in it and she asked for a nutrition guide so she could dose him properly. The manager came right over with a print out, took the time to find what was ordered and gave her the information she needed. Great service!!!
Haven't been able to get to a BWW in years but it was exactly what I needed! Tammy, our server, was fantastic. The food was great. The price was decent too! I can't wait to go back!
I went here for lunch and we had a bad experience. We came in at 11 and after everything didn’t leave until 1:15pm. There was only one server and she took her time. She took 15 minutes to get our drink order then after another 15-20 minutes went by and we had to grab our beer from the bartender table because she never brought them. Took another 30 minutes to order our food which we ordered off lunch menu. It came with wings and fries well of course they were completely out of fries so she offered tots or potato wedges. We all asked for potato wedges and she informed us we would be up charged $1 per order. We explained that wasn’t really fair considering they had no fries. She informed us if we didn’t want to pay that we could wait 30 minutes for the fries to come in and get those. But we had already been there an hour and didn’t really want to continue waiting. Then my sister had to get back to work and asked for her food to go and when we received our check we noticed we were charged an additional $1 for “takeout”. The waiter didn’t show much empathy and it was unfortunate they didn’t have more servers and left her by herself. Overall food lacked flavor and was Luke warm. Very disappointed and would never go back.
I was part of a large party. A company that has eaten at this specific BW3 two years ago after our hockey tournament. I was informed by the two primary representatives of the organization that they had phoned ahead to inform the manager of our large group and were assured that the restaurant could manage. We did not request any special accommodations, we just wanted food and beverages.Upon my arrival, several members from our party were at the bar and reported that they had not been served. Another group them arrived.The manager would not allow us to sit in the bar area and rudely insisted that the 20 of us that were there had sit at a 15 top table. He would not serve us until we sat down. By that time more of us were arriving. I asked if we could just sit in the bar area, so we could be more social with each other. (This was a gathering of people from all over the US.) When the manager said, "No." I asked, "Do you want us to go somewhere else?" He replied, "Go ahead." So we went to the Ice House. At the Ice House.This was not my first negative experience at this location. There are similar restaurants in this area that may be slightly more expensive and have a little longer wait, but I am happy to patronize them because of theor friendly service and customer service focused management.Save yourself some time. There is an Ice House right off of Maple to the east or a Tanners or an Addy's on Maple to the west.
This is not the kind of place you would expect to wait nearly an hour for appetizers followed by another 30mins or more for the food. Drinks watered down more than any other place I’ve been to in a long time. Better yet, don’t ask for a drink. I got it after we got appetizers. They didn’t even offer us water. You will sit and look at each other until they decide you might be a little parched. I haven’t been to Buffalo Wild Wings in years. We’ll never again. People please read reviews before you go out. Save yourself some disappointment.
