The service was good and boy they were friendly, I think they need to find their stride. The French dip was subpar at best. Just needs to get re organized it has opportunity. Their hours on Google said closed sat but they aren't and that speaks to some management issues. Hope they make it.

I revisited The Collins recently on a Winter early evening to have a bite to eat and drinks with a friend. It is very cozy inside, NFL was on, bartenders were great. I'll be back, anytime of year. A earlier visit was on the garden patio... Loved it.

Walking into the Collins is an experience of itself. On the corner of 11th and Jackson, the place itself has one of the best views of the old market. The drinks are great and the food is amazing! You cannot go wrong by choosing the Collins for Brunch, Lunch or Dinner.

I had the meatball sub and it was so flavorful! The meatballs are huge and seasoned perfectly it pairs well with the marinara sauce. The only thing is I wish it had stated on the menu it came with fries because we ordered the truffle fries (yum!) for our appetizer so it was a bit much.

came in for new years eve and our table was ready right away and even came with new years eve hats. From start to finish the food was amazing with big portions, fresh food and awesome service. Highly recommend when you are looking to try something new downtown. Patrick and Nate hands down nailed it and would highly recommend and would go again

Waitress could have been alot more attentive in refilling drinks, cleaning plates off and delivering togo container. The two males behind the bar were excellent and delivered exceptional service.Food was good. Not to my tasting tho. I did not like how sweet the tacos were. I'm sure someone will love them. However the rice was dry and bland and the black beans were bland. No salt on the table and no waitress to request any salt or even try to get a hot sauce to try and make them better. It was an overall nice experience. Definitely can not say it was a terrible experience just because of a waitress that disappeared 80% of the time.

The steak in the tacos and the steak sandwich were very overcooked and the restaurant was freezing cold. The cocktails were delightful.

We picked this restaurant by chance and glad we did. Perfect dog friendly setting outside for a nice meal and a drink. My flatbread was so tasty, really fresh ingredients. Our server was excellent, quick to refill our beers even with multiple customers. Highly recommend this place.
