Great food and atmosphere. First time back since the pandemic and was celebrating my birthday. My brother in law and sister in law were with my husband and I and had never been and they loved it! Great waiter as well. Highly recommend and will be back!

The waitress we had did a really nice job. Felt sorry for her trying to serve to 6-8 tables -some inside some out. Seemed like a bit much!! She brought bread when dinner came (a bit late) but was extremely pleasant and tried her best.

Truthfully so heartbroken that yet again Bravo is taking a turn for the worse. If they are going to serve dishes as I received today, they honestly should have stayed closed. I was a very loyal customer and have noticed a severe and increasingly worsening decline in food quality, food service, management and overall atmosphere in the last 2 months. I even tried calling, and to no surprise, “no one was available to speak to me”…unfortunately, you have lost (like many others) another valued Loyal customer. Hopefully in the future, the corporation can figure out how to successfully run this business. The Diablo is something I order at least a couple times a month and even sometimes a week. The host even told me the manager made it as she handed it to me…it had rotini noodles, no flavor, and none of the pepper chili flakes. Normally, during my lunch break I get this item and it’s amazing, and this is now the second time in a row I have received such poor service. This was the last straw (great management)
I recently found out I have a dairy allergy. I called and asked if they had an allergen menu. They did not but they were able to get me in touch with the manager in a few minutes and he was very helpful. When my mom picked up the order he asked if ours was the dairy free meal and it also said dairy free on the bag. I will definitely continue to order from them!
