Lots of fun, super nice guys. Funny, too! Would definitely go back on a next trip to Omaha.

Neat place to visit! Personable people with great customer service!

Visited Billy Frogg's in the Old Market this evening. It was hot and sunny before the evening rain began. My girlfriend and I decided to sit outside. The robust (dirty looking) waiter reluctantly decided to go and get a menu for us. We sat in the middle table-for about 60 seconds before deciding to quickly move to a table under the tree for shade. The dusty waiter made a rude comment under his breath and rolled his eyes then said, "This isn't a church. It's a restaurant." My girlfriend asked him to repeat himself and asked what that was suppose to mean. He smirked and made the comment again. I walked out. "What! You're not staying? You don't want a table?" He joked as we were leaving. The grimy little spot should be happy to receive business. Dusty little spot with a dirty Jim Crow employee.

This is the second time I have came here for lunch not many people in here at all! We called in our order for three salads 45 mins ago came in to get them and pick them up and still have not got our food. Last time we came in same thing not many people in here sat out on the patio and it took them hour and half to get our salads. So it doesn’t matter if you call in the order or come In to order. You will waste your lunch break waiting on your food!

Not even one star worthy, food was horrible fish and chicken fried steak were hard as could be, way over done, nachos barley had any topping on them. When we said something to the server we were told we they couldn’t do anything cause we had eaten some of it but they would give us a 5% discount, then that couldn’t be done because they didn’t know the correct code for the system. Didn’t offer to fix the food or anything horrible place.

Saturday morning breakfast . Service was slow. I talked to the waitress and told her I seen a table of four walk out we were about ready to walk out she thanked us for staying I asked about the bartender and was informed that he's the general manager for the 40 minutes that we were there he really did nothing. Mixed his sports drinks and talk to two guys at the end of the bar by the waitress Presley was running around doing most of the work. As we walked out the bartender/ general manager was walking out with us and I struck up a conversation with him about tables walking out and how the owner would feel about losing out on 50 to 100 bucks and all he did was complain about the hours that he had to put in there and I told him maybe it's time for the owners to find somebody else to do his job because he was lousy at it. I myself would have fired him on the spot and made Presley the new GM she seemed more willing to help out. I don't usually do reviews but the arguments that I incurred but as I walked around the block I felt the need to go back and talk to Presley and did to find out the bartender/gm was walking in the back door after he told me he was gone his way home to sleep. I would not tolerate this type of person to work in my business. The food was good the owners need to pull their heads out and start looking into why all these bad reviews are being posted. Good luck in the future .

Great place to hangout, but the most of the bartenders don’t know how to make drinks. I ordered Margarita but it’s just a juice. This is almost fourth time I have had the same experience.

Maybe the worst bar in history? We sat down at the bar right when other people left. The bartender watched us sit. People walked up and got drinks literally 2 feet away. But, they would never wait on us. This happened over and over. The line ended and still no service. I felt like somewhere in Iowa someone was just waking up. They would then take a shower, eat breakfast, and then decide to go for a drive. At some point hours later they would decide to go to Billy Froggs. They would have been served before me. That's how it felt. I would suggest you fire all the bartenders and sell the bar to someone who might hire at least 1 bartender who waits on customers. I left the bar after 20 minutes without actually saying a word right in front of several bartenders. And they were not busy. If this bar was anywhere else in the US it would have been forced to close years ago. And just in case I wasn't clear if you are a bartender here? Your work ethic is missing the work part.

Absolutely terrible experience. My wife and I walked all the way here from the CHI Health Center to meet up with a group. My wife, who had 2 beers during a 4 hour concert, was denied entry because she was "visibly drunk". It was the absolute craziest thing I've ever seen. The guy taking ID'S even had the audacity to make a comment about my wife's weight. Steer clear of this place.

The worst waiter ever food was nasty will not go back again my potatoes were cold chicken fried steak nope don't recommend this place for food. They can't make a mistake opening a bottle of bud light
