Went to Big Fred’s today for lunch. Worst service ever!! Was $2.50 for Mozzarella cheese. So I asked sauce and cheese should be included it is anywhere else. Asked at the counter he said it’s hard to explain. I then said you charge for cheese he said yes we do. Pizza was over sauced and was horrible. We will not be back. I will go somewhere where I do not have to pay for cheese. I have went to Big Fred’s since I was little.
take out. Tenders and fries, 2 stars, wings, 2 stars, double crust pizza, 2 stars, hamburger pizza, 1 star. Wings were tasteless. Both pizzas, dry, salty, no sauce in sight. Can't justify giving a second chance, sorry!
We came here without a reservation as a party of 12. We had a short wait, but they were able to seat us in two adjoining tables. We had to wait for a drink order and it took over a half hour to order a pizza. The place was hopping in spite of the wait and the food. The pizza arrived & tasted like frozen grocery store pizza - not great. Service continued to be even more horrible when we tried to pay our bill when it took our waitress nearly an hour to handle the calculations. Certainly not worth a return visit!!

Listless, unattractive pizza missing main ingredient-custom Margarita pizza with minimal tomatoes, no real mozzarella and zero basil!. Teenagers manning the fort don't know what is available or how to make a pizza. Environment dated, dirty and unappealing.
Worthless!! No flavor, hardly any toppings, No basil or tomatoes on Margarita Pizza, Hardly any toppings on Hawaiian Pizza. Very Bland!! Not worth eating/calories!!!!!
I grew up in Omaha, and now live in Cali. This pizza is a taste of home! The best pizza on ever!! I like the combination, and the double crusted pizza! I wish i they sold frozen pizza:-)l
