Super excited to have found a Baskin Robbins in Omaha NE. What in the world?! This location has been here for 4 years. Why didn't anyone tell me? Great experience, great service, will definitely be back now that I found one here.
Service was good for the most part. But the store was very filthy. I understand that even though no other customers were inside, staff was very busy with the drive-thru customers. But every table and most chairs were dirty. The glass on the entryway was filthy. And the even the spoons in the spoon holder were dirty. The fudge seemed really old and was gross. Ice cream was OK. The smoothies were good. The area behind the counter looked clean, so that's good.
This store doesn't understand customer service. Evident in reviews all over the internet for this location. Not cool to ignore a waiting customer when you're clearly not doing anything besides stacking cups. The floor had lids and stickers all over. There's way better establishments across this city who value customers, clearly this location doesn't. Moving on.
Only dunkin I’ll go to. Consistent and kind. Slade is awesome.
They did an amazing job on my daughters cake, were kind and quick! Couldn't ask for better service
Enjoyed a Banana Split Glad the are back in Omaha Nebraska but they did not have 31 flavors out I asked for butter Brickle they didn’t even know what that was funny I guess that’s old school price is a little pricey $$$
I took my SO here last night because he’d never been to BR. They were out of bananas unfortunately so a banana split was off the table. We had a 3-scoop bowl. 2 of the 3 flavors were pretty solid. One had what tasted like peppermint bark in it? Even though we thought we got Reese’s, gingerbread and something chocolate. The mint was kinda gross buy everything else was good. The room was a little chilly but I suppose that’s partly to keep ice cream cold. Just be sure to keep cookie dough topping in a rotation (FIFO) so people aren’t getting old, darker cookie dough bits. It gets darker when it’s old.
This Baskin robins kinda sucks. Even though the ice cream is good.The one by dunkin hat half of the stuff on the menu. Kinda sucks but its a four star because the staff are nice.
It took 30 mins to get one cone. 10 of which took to get my change after I said I didn’t want the drink because the guy wasn’t using gloves to scoop my ice cream. Then he stuck his head all the way in to the cooler to scoop my daughters cone with his mask pulled down off his face. I paid for it and threw it out.
This location has the worst service, by far, of any Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robins I have ever been to anywhere.They never get our order right!!! Huge Thumbs Down!!!
