I went there to check out singles night but got there towards the tail end.$15 but not sure what it includes it's kind of off in the other room where these pictures are taken. Food is always really good and served nicely presented, very colorful as are the drinks. They have quite an extensive specialty drink menu and lots of different sakis. Unless you just go for appetizers and a drink plan on spending a few bucks though. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is it is very loud. Conversation wise. I think because the rooms are kind of open and high ceilings. The singles thing was like one large table with a bunch of young people all talking with full plates so just watched LOL
7.5 out of 10 for the Sushi. I had all a la carte Nigiri. The rating means very good, but not something extra-special. I would return for casual dining and enjoy it. 9 out of 10 for friendly and prompt service. Not a place to go for an intimate dinner or a relaxing sit down meal. Loud and busy, electronic music, but that's what they are going for.
I came on a recommendation from 2 co-workers, and was not disappointed. I ordered Lion King, Spicy Tuna, and VLT. all 3 were outstanding. I alos ordered a Dirty Blue Martini, everything was outstanding. the service was top notch and the sushi was among the best I have had. Put it on your list of places in Omaha..
We've come here many times and feel like today was our last time. We've come when it's busy and had to wait 30 minutes to get it, and were happy to do so, we always felt it was worth the wait. Today we were seated right away and yet it took at least 45 minutes for our food to come. We ordered four sushi rolls. I can't understand why the restaurant was so busy except that it seemed like a large portion of the staff was waiting and bagging take out orders. I think it would be faster to order this for delivery than it would be to sit inside anymore. We were very disappointed and almost left the restaurant. I'm giving two stars because after being questioned about the long wait, the manager put in an order of crab rangoons for us for free. We appreciated the gesture. I've always thought they had good management, who I've seen on multiple occasions circled the tables asking about how the food was. But I think we are over the long wait for sushi. We will search out another new favorite sushi place now.
A staple in Omaha. Also consistent and of great quality! The miso soup is not my favorite from here but their sushi is always good!There are three locations in Omaha and you can't go wrong with any of them! I highly recommend going on a Sunday for all-day happy hour and DONT forget to tip your waitress/waiter!!
Went in on a busy Sunday night. Waited about 25 minutes for a table, not bad and the hosts were friendly. When we got sat and greeted our server was nice but was wearing practically nothing. She was in a tan sleeveless crop top. Every-time she would bend you could see her entire stomach and or back, no apron or anything to cover it up. It was seriously so tasteless and hurried me and my family’s dinner right up. Due to the top being a tan color, at times it would look like she was topless. OMG. I am no prude but it felt like I was at hooters instead of a nice sushi restaurant.Other than that, food was good and arrived in a timely matter, staff was friendly and the environment was pleasant. Just an odd attire they are following and didn’t seem professional but maybe that’s the new look they’re going for. Just uncomfortable for me and my three young kiddos.
This is a go-to spot for me and my kids. A great location with friendly customer service and amazing food! I never regret my visits to Baby blue!
Oh my goodness. Alison and Betsy were the absolute highlight of my day. Not only were they friendly, but so easy to talk to and amazing servers. I didn’t wait for my drinks, or my food, any longer than need be. Very prompt and I’m so glad to see amazing personality working here. You go girls. ❤️
We enjoy coming to Blue, great sushi, we have our regular rolls we love! Service is good.
Fantastic ambience and bar wait staff. Wait time wasn't unbearable despite the place being packed. Food and cocktails amazing! BUT bar stools really uncomfortable and a little on the pricey side.
