People behind us complained about anything and everything while it was completely packed bur I do not blame this location for it. On the other hand the waiter we had did not do a good job I sat without a drink for roughly 15 minutes as my date ended up never getting a refill in total. By the time we left she sat without a drink for 40 minutes, 17 or so of these minutes were after we asked him for more (she ended up using a stop watch on her phone) We understand being busy or overwhelmed so we did not complain but it definitely is still bothering multiple days later I wasn't going to even leave a review as I know things happen and I've never had these issues at another location that being said is the only reason I gave it three stars. If this was my first interaction it definitely would of been 1 star.
Visit started fine until appetizer was brought out. Dishes were filthy!! Dried food and who knows what else!! Server seemed stumped as to what to do. My hamburger was raw on inside and cold. We asked twice fir extra dressing. Was told it was delayed because it had to be inventoried out?? Tried to pay. Check was wrong. Manager seemed lost as to how to correct it. Salads appeared to be leftovers crom day previously with a little fresh tossed on top. Never ever again will we dine at this chain!!
Restaurant had 3 active sets of diners when we arrived. Our party of 6 was seated after which 2 more sets of diners were seated. Waited 20 minutes...no service. Finally someone went to wait on a table that was seated 15 minutes after we were. Got up.and left....took another 5 diners with us who were waiting for a table. Never again.
Customer service does not exist here at the Maple restaurant. The food was burnt and not edible, the French fries , they told us they were waiting for, we’re ice cold, the Half rack of ribs consisted of 4 bones. Not much meat $30 for the food that should have been worth $3.Is very apparent that the management doesn’t care as the staff and cooks definitely don’t care!!Below is the picture of the burnt part of a chicken sandwich which had to be removed before eatin and ruins the flavor of the rest!!
My wife and I went to Applebee's on 132nd and Maple for some appetizers and a drink on 02/26/22, and the staff was very rude and unorganized. From the greater to the bartender, they acted like we were bothering them and spoke to us in a very unprofessional manner. What is going on with customer service these days!? We left and went to Addys. Very disappointing.
We had a big family group. The place was not busy at all. The customer service was poor. The server seemed nervous and afraid to approach the table. Coffee took an hour to receive. My cocktail was forgotten, and I didn't receive until I asked about it two hours later. The food was flavorless and seemed store bought. I had not been to Applebee's in a while and I won't be back.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and my family came in and we’re greeted rudely by a hostess that looked like she has not showered in weeks. I understand covid understaffed we came at 3 pm with only one other table but while we waited 20 minutes staff was in the bathroom chatting it up , chatting up with a table that had already been served and cooks were dancing around by the bar. This was a very unprofessional experience and I won’t be back.
We went there a few times and every time the place is dirty and then the wait time is dumb too. You walk in and no hosts is there to greet you. you stand there waiting for ever before they notice you there. And on top of it when you finally sit down to eat you open up the sliver wear and it's dirty and not clean this is how food poisoning happens. I will not come back to this location again I will be going else where. Also you say your short handed that's why the wait time is crazy well then hire more help or shut this one down. I mean if health inspector came you would be fined or closed down for uncleanness. That's all I have to say. Thanks.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered curbside to go and they left out a meal. We got all the way home before we realized it. When I called about it, I was put on hold for 10 minutes, hung up and called back. They finally said they would replace it and we went and picked it up. Not even an Apology was given. $70 worth of food and only the chicken was edible by the time we got home. May as well have set my money on fire. Never going here again and you shouldn't either.
Went to this location with my girlfriend at 4:45 in the afternoon. We sat at our table for 20 minutes and no server ever came to take our drink orders. We left after 20 minutes of waiting for our server and went to the Red Robbin down the road. The service there was way better. If I could give this review 0 stars I would.
