The chicken sandwich was ok. Not fantastic, but good. Prices were pretty average. As with most places they seemed desperate for staff. I would eat there again.
Pretty nice place for some casual food and brews if that's your deal. There is an yummy appetizer called Cauliflower Wings. These mock wings are surprisingly good ??
Made and delivered 130 meals over two days, back-to-back, with short notice both days! Delivery was on-time both days. Food was great. Very easy to work with. Appreciated them so very much for providing such great service.
Way too muchoney for 20 wings that had so little seasoning we could not even tell there was anything on them. The coleslaw was warm ? will not be going back ?
What an absolutely horrible Mother's Day experience!! The waitress only visited our table at the beginning of our visit and then never came back not once!! Our food was wrong, waited for the actual manager to bring the sauce to our table, waited so long my food got cold and I finally got up and walked back to the kitchen and got the sauce myself. And to top it off I am excruciatingly sick today (BW&W) being the only thing I ate yesterday. I am utterly disappointed as this used to be my favorite restaurant, idk what happened here, I was shocked at their lack of staff for it being Mother's Day and the staff that was there all seem like they were stoned out of their mind!! Ugh, highly disappointed
Ghost Pepper Ranch sauce is spicy and delicious.Buffalo is a bit watery, but still pretty good.Try the Blueberry Lemonade, you won't regret it.
My family loves W&R's food and go there often. We may not continue due to their new electronic order taking and paying. It is slow and annoying.
Place was about a 1/4 full but got seated in the farthest back corner by the bathrooms. I was assuming we got sat there because a bunch of the tables still had dishes from past people and the floor didnt look like it had been swept in a week. I had counted 5 servers and a host but no one came to take our order for about 5 minutes. At one point 4 of them were hanging out in the women's restroom.Food came out quick though. We ordered cajun dry rub and garlic parmesan. Got mild with maybe some parmesan on it. Told them we got the wrong wings and they said no that's garlic parmesan....(pic included). I've had the garlic parmesan from here before, they never looked anything like these. They got a drink wrong but quickly replaced it.At one point one of the servers sat at a booth for about 5 minutes and swept under 1 table. Not all the tables or even all the tables in the section, just a 2 person table.The whole time we were there, the dirty taes never got cleaned. Just sat there dirty. As people left their tables never got cleaned either.I use to like coming to this place but until the get their act together or someone to manage and hold people accountable, I won't be back.
Absolutely HORRIBLE food AND even worse service!!!! Only 4 other tables in restaurant....and not only did it take almost 30 minutes for food to come out but when it did finally come out it was completely wrong. So then the waitress took the food she didn't leave and let me eat a little just threw it away..IT TOOK SO LONG...then the new order came and again BOTH orders of wings wrong and UNDERCOOKED BECAUSE THEY RUSHED....We were disgusted and tried to look for our waitress.....we finally after waiting for about 15-20 minutes found our waitress after asking several other employees for the check and boxes.After 20 minutes in strolls our waitress HIGH as a kite and reeking of weed...she didn't even try to cover it up, and she didn't even realize someone else got us our check and boxes.... I mean she was just seriously so obvious it smelled like I was sitting in a weed Cafe in Germany not Buffalo wings and rings....safe to say WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! OUR SPECIAL DATE NIGHT WAS RUINED!
Great customer service! They had our phone order ready in 15 min from our call. They were very friendly at the front desk and I felt very welcome there. Food was great, awesome wings!! They have a great kids menu! My daughter loved the corn dogs.
