The food is fresh every time I go in there. This is a really great spot to go to,for me when I take lunch at work.

Had the deluxe pepperoni cream cheese pizza , was really good pepperoni under cheese and on top. Lil greasy, cheese not covering whole pizza on couple spots. Overall good experience

Been going off and on for a while, never had a bad experience from this location.

Had no lasagna lunch specials but said could make in 6-7 minutes and l got my drinks ready and right after that l was on my way great experience

Been eating here with my family since I was little, glad you guys are back open!!!

After picking up my order and getting home, I realized the small gluten free pizza I ordered was made incorrectlyI called them about it and they said they'd remake it, but I sat there for over 15 minutes without any manager apologizing for the error or offering any kind of compensation (gift cards, coupons, anything). All the while my kids are at home eating so I can't enjoy dinner with them, and when I get home with my wife's dinner, mine is now cold. I understand staffing shortages and being busy but there is still an expectation that you take care of the customer. I will not be giving this Valentino's location, if any, my business any longer.

Evan taking orders was clearly irritated and his voice was not at all welcoming. I asked to talk to a supervisor to order if he was that annoyed and he stated he was one. Disappointing that even in his role he acts like he hates his life.

Visiting Lincoln from the northeast, we wanted great pizza. We were sadly VERY disappointed. I know we are not in New Haven, CT (where the best pizza is). But the two 10" Valentino pizzas we got last week were HORRIBLE! The taste was terrible, the crust was bland, and the toppings were nonexistent. My husbands "pepperoni" pizza had maybe 3 slices of pepperoni cut into tiny little pieces. As he said, "it was pathetic!". To top it off, the basic salad we got to share was full of brown, wilted lettuce leaves. By the time I took all those out, it was a tiny little "salad." I don't know who is writing the positive reviews here, but I suggest being very dubious. I gave one star for easy on line ordering. The second star is for the pleasant delivery guy. We spent $45.00 including tip on CRAP.

So glad this location has reopened since the fire. The renovation looks really nice and the place is clean. Staff are nice as well and my pizza & breadsticks were fresh and delicious!

I'm so glad they re-opened this store after the fire. Pizza during lunch was fresh and the staff are always so friendly.
