What happened to your butter brickle?!!! (My favorite from my childhood living on N 37th St.) The last two years, or more, this flavor has maybe 1 piece of brickle per scoop- no exaggeration.
After several thousand steps around campus and a lot of orientation lectures, we dropped $15 at the UNL Dairy Store on Tractor Test Toffee, Butterbrickle and Sweet Corn ice cream.While we sat at the bar area looking out the window, a squirrel literally plopped down on a branch and dozed off. You could almost hear him snoring.The ice cream was REALLY good and it would sure be nice if this out-of-the-way location on East Campus were more on the beaten path.
