My husband and I were on our way to another restaurant but couldn't locate it (it was down the street) so we stopped here. We were glad we did! The food was excellent. I had the Classic Burger and my husband had a Heartland burger, with coleslaw and Chips and Salsa as the sides. They were the best burgers that we have had in a long time. I also had ice tea, which was served in a quart Mason jar. The service was very good.

I think this place really wants to be good enough to charge the prices they do but their food just straight up sucks for what they charge. I went there last night and the kitchen experienced a small fire…which they said has happened before. Kinda sketchy? However, our waitress was very transparent and accommodating. Understandably, our food was delayed for 40-45 minutes. My girlfriend ordered a grilled cheese, and I ordered the steak stroganoff. When they brought our food out, her sandwich was lukewarm and the cheese had already hardened and my dish was cold. My steak and noodles were actually cold. The noodles were bland and just tasted like salt lol. Also, this dish was $17 and was suppose to come with 8 oz. of steak. My dish had about 4 oz. I asked the waitress to take the food back and heat it up. When they heated up the dish, they did not remove the steak, as a result, it was overcooked, so I had a nice bland bowl of noodles and chewy meat. The drinks were okay as well. The staff were great and extremely courteous. I think there is an issue with the management or ownership to keep the place open when a fire broke out in the kitchen and expecting to provide quality customer service. Never going back!

We haven't been for awhile so we decided to stop in! They updated it and looks very classy and modern! Our server was friendly and very patient with us since we weren't sure what we wanted. They ran out of green beans which I was bummed about so took me a while to figure out my side! Their special the shrimp stir fry was great! Great spice and flavor! The steak was a little under cooked and maybe a touch more seasoning but still not bad. I just love the atmosphere and we will be back!! Oh oh oh! The cheese dip is amazing!

Food and drinks were great! Service was adequate. It's hard to judge a place based off of one waitress or staff member. So 4 stars for the excellent meal.

Ate here while visiting my fiance's family. Service was great. The atmosphere was great. Food was good. I had the soup and salad combo. The salad was great and a big portion, the soup was good but a little saltier than I prefer. The fried green beans were fantastic!! And I highly recommend the blackberry sidecar drink!!

Came here with some friends last Friday night and had a great meal! The food is great and the prices match, the restaurant itself is a lot of fun, and the staff is friendly. It is certainly a nice feature of the Fallbrook area.

Our first visit was a French dip and Ruben. Both better than average so a maybe a go-back. I am older so probably a little old fashioned. I realize what is in style and how hard to get help . I don’t care how customers dress but don’t want the wait staff to look like homeless street people. Most were fine but several with ink, nose rings and jeans in shreds were not conducive to a pleasant dining experience

This is a nice little jewel. The atmosphere is very open and relaxed, the food is delicious and appropriately portioned and the staff friendly and fast.I had the tomato soup and half adult grilled cheese, two ubiquitously known comfort foods. Their twists on these staples is amazing. Just different enough to catch your attention but not so radical that it transforms the dishes into something unrecognizable.I highly recommend Toast, you will not regret it.

Nice neighborhood bar and grill in Fallbrook. Good food and great Mimosa flight for our brunch. Nice atmosphere. Everyone in our party of 6 was pleased.

First, I’m gonna rip off the Bandaid. The food is not spectacular. I ordered the braised beef pot roast, and the beef was surprisingly dry and unflavorful. The sides made up for it, I highly recommend the mashed potatoes here! Secondly, the service wasn’t very good the first time I came here. The server had absolutely no idea what she was doing… I left a tip out of pity. But today, my server Kesley was phenomenal. She kept tabs on my table and had things out as fast as she could. The other server that helped me was forgetful and seemed lost. Even though the food was rather subpar for its price, the experience was saved by an excellent server. Go Kesley!
