I was so excited when I came to this place! Both my husband and I kept saying that we had to come back! The atmosphere was amazing! The drinks were unique and fabulous! However, when the busser/server came up to us and said "I've warned you 3-4 time to be quiet (this was the first time we'd seen him)", I was totally taken aback. We had had a couple of rounds of drinks, and were planning on getting a third but were informed we were getting cut off. Really not sure what we had done. I suspect that we were 'too old' and they needed to let some other young blood in (although I didn't see anyone standing, waiting when we left), there were other ways to go about this. It would have been a great review, but our last 5 minutes were absolutely ridiculous and left us bewildered!
This crew knows what they are doing. Incredible cocktails and incredibly kind staff team. I appreciated that they made a point to remind the room to collectively quiet down when things got too loud as it is a small space.Their signature/house-special cocktails we tried were incredible, but they also made a classic Last Word per my request which I definitely recommend for any gin lovers looking for a bright drink that’s not too sweet. Try something with the Hendricks Lunar, if you haven’t! The Turning Violet was also amazing. Extensive menu so it was VERY hard to choose what to get. Good luck and happy cocktailing. Visited from Phoenix for some video work in Lincoln. This place was exactly what I was hoping to find back home, and have been searching long time for. The tight and cozy atmosphere, the staff experience, the DRINKS! All were amazing and have really set the bar for the best speakeasy to date.
Total speakeasy vibe decorated and hushed 20s style. What's more impressive. The beverages. Mixed to perfection, with flavors that delight and surprise the senses with flavors so well matched with incredible spirits. Don't know what to pick, trust your bartender Jordan. You will not be disappointed!
If you're looking for a place to be loud and Obnoxious while drinking a busch light then youll be better off stumbling to a bar off O street.This place is definitely an a great Atmosphere, Amazing drinks, friendly staff, all an all just an fantastic place to enjoy a nice fancy drink.

Acme of speakeasy experiences. Secret entrance, amazing old world atmosphere, and prohibition era cocktails with a twist to die for. At pretty reasonable prices! Also had nice addition of chess/checkers, backgammon, mancala, cards, and other pre-tech games. Staff was also 1000% amazing. Can't wait until I'm back in town to visit again!
