Tried the cappuccino, latte with some vanilla (hot as well as iced), the moto mocha (iced) and the hibiscus cooler. All were great! Would definitely go there again if I was in town.
Stopped here for some coffee beans on the way out of town and to get their cold brew. For the cold brew, they will ask if you want it diluted with water or milk. I requested half water and half cream, and that seemed to be perfect (for those who like cream with their coffee).They also have an incredible selection of roasts and will weigh out any beans for you that are not already pre-bagged. The staff behind the counter was great to chat with about roasts and definitely inspired me to order some more beans by mail when I run low. Thanks for the hospitality and fantastic coffee!!

This is one of my favorite places to study! The granita is my favorite drink it is super good. At times it does get pretty busy but I have never had an issue finding a table. They have a good selection of different snacks as well as a full coffee menu. They also have outdoor seating and they are open during the farmer’s market.
Coffee is pretty good but the lady with the nose ring was kind of rude when she took my order. I stood there for like 3 minutes waiting to order while she did some other things which is fine, but then when she came to take my order, she just stood in front of the register without talking and it was kind of awkward. The inside is cute, and they have a lot of cool teas and coffees, as well as trinkets.
Husband liked his coffee, I liked my ice tea, the lemon poppy seed muffin was dry/crumbly (not great). Girl at checkout not very polite when I came up w/coffee jar to purchase beans to take home. Told to wait, I wasn't the only one there (really?!) Needless to say, she lost a sale for the Mill as I walked out.
It is a very welcoming and inviting coffee shop. Totally agree with many reviews about such an awesome coffee shop in Lincoln downtown. I went there for a quick stop on Sat morning. The ambiance is so relaxing. I wish there were more pastries to try. Luckily, there was apple coffee cake which was very good with cappuccino. Biscotti was also good. I hope to have a chance to stop at the Mill again. Next time, I will try some tea and any goodies to go with .By the way, there is a kiosk that buys and sells bitcoins. I think it is pretty impressive.
Cool spot to grab coffee and some awesome pastries! I recommend the chocolate bakava. In case you're interested, there's not much love for Toby M as Spider Man. Don't let this impact your decision to visit.
It's a cute local coffee shop perfect for hanging out or studying! They also have good selection of snacks. The price is very reasonable. Friendly employees.
