Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your hotel. This web site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of my favorites in the area. I have been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you definitely will love it I'm sure!\\n\\nFantastic Staff, love that there is designated Bus Parking, even if it was almost full of other service trucks that could fit in the parking garage. Attention to detail is important, I should not have to bring something to attention of front desk (see photo).

Arrived late Friday evening for a two night stay. Staff was very welcoming, prompt, and courteous getting us checked in. Parking was conveniently located around the corner and was connected to the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and everything we’ve come to expect when staying with Marriott. The location is right in the mix of downtown Lincoln and their offerings. Thank you to the staff for making our stay 5 star! We look forward to visiting your fair city again soon.

We have stayed at this hotel twice now while we visited friends in Lincoln and the quality and service do not disappoint. The rooms are clean and prices are reasonable. The staff are always so nice. During our first visit my vehicle did not fit in the garage and the valet took great care parking it on the street. We will definitely stay again.

I will say this night shift crew needs some work. I had a guy named Matt come up to quite the drunk girls that were right beside my room. From 9pm to 11pm I had not calling the front desk until then, and when I did he got invited into the room and was wispering quite like whenever he got out of the room. Next thing you know my "friendly neighbors," are beating against my wall. Very poorly handled, but the manager did switch my rooms with no questions asked, so there was a positive to come out of this. One other thing, I get there is a Bar in the hotel and there will be people like that, but to encourage it, or joke around with the problem is not solving the problem (Matt).

The rating is as high as it is because staff was very accomodating and friendly. They were great at check in and even better when we had an issue later in the evening. Definitely seemed like an older hotel, the bathrooms were kind of dated. Our original room did not work out for us as it was an adjoining room and the woman on the other side of the door was obnxious and loud. We could hear every cell phone conversation and tiktok video as if she was sitting in our bed. As it started to get late and we were on a road trip requiring us to get up early the next day, I eventually went downstairs to speak to the front desk. Without any protest, they offered us a different room on a different floor at no extra cost. Though the room was much smaller, it worked for us for the night. It was just quite a hassle to lug all our belongings 4 floors down. Please be warned if you are assigned an adjoining room, you will hear the other guests!Breakfast offered the next morning seemed pricey so we ate elsewhere. We did appreciate the parking lot used for guests did have an electric car charger and the hotel is dog friendly. Upper floors of the hotel do have nice views of the sunrise and the town.

I've been to a lot of places in my life and this hotel ranks as one of the worst I've stayed at. Rated a 4 star hotel but doesn't have simple amenities such as free breakfast or parking. Staff was friendly but that was literally the only positive thing about our stay. I would look elsewhere.

Very clean nice old building from back in the day well kept up

Stayed here for work. Rooms are decent. Cockroaches a turn off. Beds are not comfortable and the pillows are way to small.

A bit haunted! We were eating breakfast this morning and the table next to us wasn’t cleared yet. I looked over and saw the small tin pitcher of creamer just randomly falling over. It was there for 10 min before it just tipped over. The waitress said it’s happened a few times before. Another guest witnessed the same thing I did. So that definitely made the stay there 100 times better!
