Food was amazing. Hubby had the pot roast and I had the stuffed rainbow trout. It was a perfect place for our anniversary.

Home run for breakfast in Lincoln! Lovely restaurant with room for everyone to spread out. The food was wonderful! The beignets were to die for - lemon curd and whipped cream on soft warm donuts. Nearly swooned. The savory breakfasts of corned beef hash and crepes filled with veggies were delicious and we couldnât finish. But my husband is still excited about the coffee muffin that he took with him and will be eating soon. When will we head back to Lincoln? Soon we hope! Maybe dinner next time?

We were seated right in time, our waiter was very friendly and efficient and our meals were so delicious with just the right amount of doneness and seasoning. And awesome desserts to choose from. Beautiful experience.
While visiting Lincoln, Nebraska my husband and I ate dinner at the Green Gateau. What a lovely restaurant! I ate the Steak & Mushrooms and my husband ate the Stuffed Rainbow Trout. Both were very good. Cream Brí»lée was our dessert. Excellent! We would recommend this restaurant.
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at the Green Gatou. The waitstaff (Lilly and Jackson) were very attentive, and the food was delicious. Prices were quite reasonable, and we loved the quiet atmosphere. We will definitely return.
outstanding service, good food. A bit noisy but not too distracting. Used to come here weekly before pandemic so this was first trip in more than 18 months and was well worth it. We'll be back again soon.
Enjoyed the experience with a friend and two out of town guests. Server was attentive and recognized that we wanted to enjoy our appetizers and visit ....and he timed our lunch to allow us to do so. We were never rushed but ice tea was refilled and plates cleared. Meal was outstanding.
Excellent entrees, outstanding desserts, friendly and professional service. The Green Gateau is a favorite, and it always delights us.
