This was by far the worst experience I've had with fast food service as far back as I can remember. We ordered using the kiosk and they didn't give us any of our drinks, which in itself is no big deal, as we were dining in, but the person at the counter's reaction was deplorable. My husband was the one who went up to get our drinks, and the first thing he was asked was "are you a dude or a chick". Now my husband is a larger guy, but he has a beard. Not a little 5 o'clock shadow, but a full beard. The question was not only hugely rude, but also highly inappropriate given the situation. Then, when he found out 2 of the others in our group had also ordered drinks, and returned to the counter to get them, the same person at the counter said "I already helped you" and walked away.
Are you serious right now Taco Bell? This is what all the soft tacos I ordered looked like tonight. What a joke. 07/05/2022. Need to be able to give a negative star review. Tried giving them a second chance today 07/08-2022 and the experience was even worse. Got the wrong order in the drive thru. Went inside, let them know. Then I had to wait for 15 other drive thru orders plus counter orders that came in after I was given the wrong order and after I politely complained. Done with Taco Bell. That’s what I get for not cooking at home.
If you're curious how bad they're trying to rip off their customers I just ordered a chalupa with spicy ranch instead of sour cream. When I finally got to the window is when they told me there was an extra dollar charge for the spicy ranch. They tried pulling a fast one by charging for extra stuff at the last second. The fact is I told them no sour cream, just swap it with spicy ranch. So I literally wasn't getting anything extra and therefore they should not have been trying to rip me off. They kept silent about the extra charge and I almost paid for it and right before they grabbed my credit card I decided to ask them for a breakdown of my meal. If you're tired of getting ripped off at this place ask them what they're charging you for every single time.
Literally the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. 20 minutes in the drive thru is not fast and you can barely call my smashed up burrito food. And how do you run out of lettuce? It’s not as bad as when Burger King ran out of burgers but still. Definitely going to taco johns next time.
This store is complete trash. Every time I've gone there my order is wrong or just the food is pathetic. I get it that this is fast food, but when you order a bunch of tacos no lettuce, and they all come with lettuce and half of them only had enough meat to fill half the shell. I'm guessing it was the intense "skunk" smell coming out of the drive thru window that explains why the employees can't make a simple taco
they don’t even deserve the one star rating. went there around 11:45 tonight, and of course they were busy. I was car number 4 and there was atleast 4 cars behind me. At 12:00 they shut all there lights off and decided to ignore everyone, not telling us that they were closed. A car sat at the ordering station for over 10 minutes, waiting to be helped, while a group of employees opened the back door and laughed at them, instead of telling them they were closed. An employee finally came outside after about 15 minutes and told us they were closed due to not having enough employees, mind you I saw atleast 5 employees inside, just standing around, looking at all the cars in the driveway. What a joke, do better taco bell.
Used to love TB. Been a long time since I ate at one. Tacos have gotten smaller. And apparently employees no longer speak nor make eye contact. Almost like getting food out of a vending machine.
After sitting in line over 15 minutes(not even a high traffic time), placing my order and getting the total, I was told that their ice machine was broken and "is that okay?". Not a good time to be told. I know for fact that ice is available for purchase at several places within 2 miles(super saver, gas stations etc). The Mtn. Dew was not just room temp, it was HOT. GO BUY SOME ICE! Not just that but the crisp taco was completely smashed. Have you ever tried to eat a taco salad out of a paper wrapper? It's not easy in a car.
Closed at 10:50 on a friday night. Already had an online order in and they refused to honor it. Usually they’re on the ball, but tonight was unacceptable. They turned away 10+ cars, when online it says they are open until 3 am.
Went to get a cravings box for my wife. Didn't get the chips but got the cheese. No napkins. They ask what kind of sauce when you order and I got no sauce. Tried calling them but all I got was the fax machine. It wasn't busy so I don't understand.
